Phenomenal service!!! Jordan was awesome; he was very friendly and professional. I received an expert diagnostic and was provided my options. Everything was thoroughly explained without any pressure at all. I felt informed enough to make the right decision for my personal situation. He pulled up my record to see my unit was covered by warranty. Stuart Services is the BEST! Always timely and efficient. In and out service. Absolute pros and genuinely nice guys. Hands down the BEST service response team in the city. Ed spent ample time with a walk through detailing several concerns of mine and promptly presented a very competitive, comprehensive estimate for interior electrical work. His knowledge of his trade was equal to his professionalism and my family sincerely appreciated every minute spent in explanations. NO work up charges, hidden fees, and if you inquire - the Hero Program is worth every penny. We have a service plan with them already for our office and second home and we will be including our second home as well.

PS- Response time was 24 hours. I pay 20$ a month for another company to "look at" my AC and furnace once a year and after 10 years they make us wait over 2 weeks. Also, our existing service company continue to upcharge everything thus offsetting the "discounts" on VERY limited items. Stuart's includes plumbing and electrical for LESS than just HVAC...4 visits a year...and a no-strings clear cut 10% discount on parts, as a member. I wish I could get out of my existing contract but I was duped and not informed that there was only a warranty on my new 10k AC unit unless i pay them 20$ a month for 10 years. The job was almost double the competition price and with no promised "club discount" applied. The price book for non members was the SAME price as retail. For 20 bucks, they hose my coils and blow out the AC drain but on occasion have forgotten, causing backup TWICE resulting in sheetrock damage.
We are going to bite the Buller, pay 20$ for 10 years for this AC and STILL get a membership with Stuart's who also do electrical and plumbing inspections with their plan...FOUR visits, and you won't have to wait 2 weeks in the cold until they have time for their valued member(s) as they do NOT prioritize you because of it. Forget about the guaranteed emergency service - if you get them to answer after hours, expect an answering service. NOT the case with Stuart's.

Juan was prompt in his arrival and got started with the service quickly.

Juan left my house clean and free of any debris that was caused by the cleaning of the a/c units.

I called on Thursday about scheduling an appointment and they scheduled me the next day. Charles M. did a fantastic job and took care of a couple of things for me while he was here. He's very professional and personable. I highly recommend Charles M.

William did excellent job of replacing our hot water heater! Really appreciate the time heh we took explaining everything to us & how considerate he was while performing such a big job! Very reassuring & happy to have new heater installed well!

Bob was prompt, efficient, he cleaned up the area after finishing and explained exactly what was going on. He even recommended a future fix that sounds like it will be beneficial to our water system as a whole. Excellent work - I would totally recommend him.

Charles and Jabari did a great checking the electrical outlets and cables. They were very courteous and displayed valuable knowledge. They shared with and explained what each things were cited for.

They were even better than expected. Installation was quick and smooth, the crew kept everything spotless, walked me through the new system, and hauled away the old unit. The whole process could not have gone better. Mr. Matthew Bistes was awesome! Very nice and knowledgeable. Explained what I needed and what they can do to maintenance /improve my AC unit, including full replacement ideas that I inquired about. Customer service seems to be slipping away, but he showed that his company still has a grip on it. He was very nice polite and wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need and I appreciated that.
