From the beginning, it was a pleasure doing business with Ben. For busy people, it is great to have someone available by email and he was very prompt in his responses.

The crew worked hard and long in putting in a drainage system and some landscaping and we have been very pleased with the result! This has been a huge relief and solution to a longstanding problem.

I highly recommend Absolute Lawn Care - they rock!

Absolute Lawn Care is the best! I found them on Angie's list and sent an e-mail requesting someone to call me. Ben called within a few minutes and that was the start to a great relationship of amazing customer service. Absolute Lawn Care comes to my house every two weeks to maintain my yard. They leave a note stating what they have done and make suggestions when I need mulch, fertilizer, etc. My entire property is fenced with a locked gate. They are so trustworthy they have a key to the gate. All of the employees are professional and courteous. More than once, they have carried in my groceries for me! That is what I call service! Honestly, they are amazing and I highly recommend Absolute Lawn Care.

Hiring this lawn service was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I was a loyal customer for nearly 2 years for lawn mowing services and had no real complaints other than the fact that they would move my trash cans into my neighbor's yard and not put them back. This was an annoyance seeing as I was paying so much for this service but not a big deal. Then the front of my car was scratched during their service one day. It was a deep scratch that removed the paint and I was even home when it happened and saw my car immediately before and after they serviced my lawn. Communicating with the owner about this was an absolutely horrific experience seeing as he was completely irrational, antagonistic, and refused to take responsibility or even apologize. I filed a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau (there are others there as well which I highly encourage you to read). Please be careful when considering this service- read previous reviews that were negative as my experience with the owner was very similar to theirs as well as lawsuits filed against this company all of which are public record.

In April of 2011, we decided to remove all the over-grown landscaping that had been done many years earlier. Having a clean slate to work with, we didn't exactly know where to begin. We found Absolute Lawn Care on the internet. After sending an e-mail, we quickly received a response from Ben. We scheduled an appointment, which he made convenient to our work schedules. He had a vision and promptly created a drawing, while explaining what each plant/bush would look like. On a time-line convenient for us, we had an entirely new landscaped home. Being on a corner lot, meant there was plenty of landscaping to do. Not only has everything continued to grow and become even more beautiful, the maintenance provided has been the best. With every two week visits, everything always looks perfect. Customer service has been excellent. Couldn't ask for anything/anyone better!

So first off, these guys are awesome. I have two minor complaints. They are:

1. Communication could have been a little better. I had to call twice after approving the estimate to get a firm time and really never got one. Two dudes just kinda showed up. Luckily I was off work so I could give them a key and whatnot, but it could have been an issue.
2. Their emails, while entertaining at first, make you wade through some "cutesy" verbiage to get to the point

Those two things aside, these guys are totally awesome. First off, my yard was a DISASTER! The quote was way lower than I expected and they kept 100% to it. The work was IMPECCABLE! The guys were nice as hell and amazing at their job. They turned my absolute jungle of a front and back yard into a beautiful and useable space for a great price. And they did it all in ONE DAY with only TWO GUYS! The estimate and approval process was all online and super easy. I highly recommend these folks. Really great work. Highly highly recommend.

I received several different quotes from this company. All very much inflated. Just for them to cut the grass at my property they said the yard had to be leveled and graded because it was not a completely flat surface. There are some minor dips in the backyard so it is not 100 percent flat. The estimate for just leveling was over $2,000. I found an individual grass cutter not listed online to cut my grass for $50 per cut instead of using Absolute Landscaping Company. Also if you read the fine print on the contracts for Absolute Landscaping it is a hassle to cancel a contract with them after signing. So glad I did not use them. Many good landscapers are in the New Orleans area but are not listed on the internet. Absolute Landscaping is an absolute rip-off.

Absolute landscaping cleared out my overgrown backyard after my home purchase. They were super knowledgeable about what grows best. Now my backyard is a flourishing oasis! I wouldn’t hire anyone else!

Absolute Lawn Care has completed several successful projects in my gated community. I found the staff to be prompt, courteous, and professional. The ease of scheduling an appointment was noted and the crew was timely, thorough and cleaned up the work site. Ben kept us informed through out the process and called to follow up to ensure we were satisfied with the job. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

I was very pleased and surprised that when I initially called to inquire about a sub drainage system being needed that a representative from your company came out the same day. In fact, within maybe an hour. So a big shout out to the young man, Jake. He was very professional and sent me an estimate immediately, he also included estimates on other work that I may want to look into. As far as the work done I am very happy. The work crew was very professional. So thank you very much. I will be and have already recommended your company!

We hired absolute last year for a clear out. For $800, they cleared absolutely everything… neglected trees, overgrown weeds, poison ivy, you name it. And we were finally ready to garden and enjoy our yard.

This year, we hired them to trim the mulberry tree, which was also great work that brought air flow and sunlight back to our crowded yard.

The only mistake they made was not warning us that the garden below the tree crown would be in peril, and that it was our job to protect it. As a result, we lost nearly all our creeping Jenny and several struggling hostas which took a beating in this process, during extreme heat and drought… almost none of it survived.

I called and explained the situation, and sent them before and after pictures. They explained that they should have warned us, apologized, and came came out three times to plant 21 creeping Jenny plants for us, no questions asked.

I was impressed that they were so willing to resolve the mistake, and am looking forward to seeing the new creeping Jenny trail back to her full glory over the coming months.

Thankful that the company lives up to a good community standard, takes care when things go wrong, and values trust in their services.

Will call them again when we need help.

I was very impressed when I called to inquire about a extensive sub drainage system as well as sod installation and a representative Jake came out on the same day. He was very professional and sent me an estimate shortly thereafter. Once the job was started they came essentially everyday until the job was completed. Jake remained very available the entire time and was easily accessible by his mobile phone. He would then follow through on what we discussed. The work crew was very professional and respectful. As far as all the work done, I am very happy. I would highly recommend there company!

Very pleased with my service. They do my grass and gutters. No issues. They show up when they say they do.
