Hired Vista for a job a few months ago. We were assured that they understood what we wanted and that we would be happy with the outcome, but we are very disappointed especially considering how expensive the work was. Now we're going to have to hire new landscapers to come in.

Nick was difficult to communicate and interact with, and when I voiced my concerns after the work was done, he was not receptive and didn't seem to care much. If he had listened and made adjustments accordingly, I could have looked past the poor first experience. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they did clean up the yard even if it was unsatisfactory.

The work was ok, but unfinished. They did our patio removal and installation. They finished the tile with polymeric sand. The application was sloppy and it has left a hazy residue. They promised to fix it but they are not returning my calls.

I will reconsider my rating if they ever complete the job.

Update:
We just found out the install was likely done incorrectly. The stone is not high enough above the water table causing salt stains. Going to have to redo the project.

The entire crew was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I loved how communicative they were and listened to what we wanted for our new beer garden. Once the project started they were on it and got it done so fast! So impressed. I highly recommend Vista and I know we'll use them again in the future.

Vista Landscaping just cancelled my project after leaving me out to dry for 5 months with my backyard completely destroyed. They tore everything up and never came back. They refused to provide schedule updates and never initiated a single conversation. They rarely responded to any communication and have never once picked up the phone when I have called. They called it harassment, but it was negligence. They had the audacity to say that what set Vista apart was their communication skills.

I understand that pools are in high demand, but they need to learn how to manage client expectations. I'm sure business is good right now, but long term relationship management is how you make it through the lean times.

I have had extensive renovations and contract work on my house over the years. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

Very disappointed. The crew and foreman were excellent, the management was terrible.

Vista did a phenomenal job beautifying our property AND they created drainage to protect our home from the flooding that is prevalent on our street. The crew was impressive as well: professional, efficient, and skilled. We already have plans to hire them for future projects.

We had a fabulous experience with Vista Landscaping. Our backyard was a giant mud pit after Hurricane Ida and subsequent house renovations. Nick listened to our ideas and came up with a plan to transform our backyard that was better than what we could have envisioned. Once the work started it was done within one week for a fairly big project. The crews were on-time, efficient, and quick. Even better, Nick has remained incredibly responsive even after completing the project when we have had questions. I highly recommend Vista Landscaping!

LGĐ Lawn and Landscape was a referral from my tree cutting service and boy did they exceed my expectations. Colin and his team replaced my entire lawn that was damaged beyond repair by chinch bugs and other pests. The lawn was removed, graded and new lawn installed. The quality of work during the entire process was excellent. LGĐ was able to assist me with some garden work too. I HIGHLY recommend LGĐ Lawn and Landscape!! You will not be disappointed!!

I was split between two different landscaping companies to install a patio paver pad in my backyard. Both companies appeared to be reputable and professional with high quality workmanship, but the deciding factor for me choosing to work with LGD was their superior customer service and business promo. The staff was receptive, easily accessible, professional, patient, prompt and their social media promotions and street advertisement were impressive. They have a strong online presence and I would frequently see their company trucks with the LGD logo traversing throughout the community. I was not let down. The quote, the customer experience and the quality of work far exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with them again in the future and if you’re on the fence and indecisive I’d recommend you give them a try.

LGD did a wonderful job completely redoing our yard. They came up with a beautiful design and executed it to a tee. Collin went above and beyond to help find the culprit for a sink hole and even sent out a plumber to snake the line. He then sent his team back out to dig up the cleanout so the city can fix the problem. I would recommend Collin and his team to anyone! We love our yard and have received so many compliments! We will use LGD for all our landscaping needs!

We just put in a pool and used LGD to install turf around the edges. They were very responsive despite high demand and a hurricane interrupting the install date. Only took them two days and it looks amazing. Keeps the backyard and house nice and clean from our dogs who used to track in dirt and mud constantly. The dogs love it too. Definitely recommend them for turf installation.

Colin and his crew were a pleasure from the estimate to the job execution. Super professional and responsive, I would highly recommend LG+D to anyone looking to install turf in their backyard. Colin's crew was led by a great guy named Alex who answered all my questions and adjusted the job when some unforeseen complications arose. Could not recommend more hightly!

We decided to have 2 trees installed to replace a palm that froze...and artificial turf to create a fun grassy spot for our kids to play in. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Colin & his crew at LGD Lawn & Landscape!!! The guys on his team are so strong, fast and professional! They truly went above and beyond. I contacted the LGD Lawn and Landscape team after some recent rain exposed how badly the french drain system in my backyard needed to be replaced. Previous homeowner had installed the Lowe's do-it-yourself version with a half hearted effort.

LGD was quick to respond, got me in touch with a very good electrician to re-run those lines for the pump, and installed a pump that will take the second coming of Katrina before any water will accumulate in my backyard. The team who did the work was on time, professional, and had my back yard looking like nothing was even dug after the job was finished.

Cannot recommend enough! If you have any issues with drainage, call these guys and get right!

I am incredibly pleased with my experience with Colin and his team at LGD. Compared to other landscapers I tried to solicit bids from, Colin was always the most responsive and showed an element of hustle that was really appreciated. He was easy to work with, adaptable, and prices were fair. The job completed was awesome and has truly changed the feel of the house. When there were minor things off or something needed replacing, Colin and his team have responded right away and taken care of them without hassle. LGD is where it’s at!

The LGD has a great team! We worked with Mr. Lenny on our design and Colin, Christian and rest of the team took that design to completion. We couldn’t have been more pleased! The backyard looks great! The work was done in a timely manner and they worked with all our minute requests. Would definitely recommend!

LGD installed sod, custom hand-cut circular pavers with winding walkways and a concrete pad for our backyard. Colin was a professional to deal with from first contact, extremely responsive and very patient to adjust the project quote to our various needs. Alex and his crew were hard-working and friendly over the multi-day installation, producing a wonderful end result for our home.

It's hard to find honest, trustworthy contractors who show up and do the work at a fair price. Working with LGD was a real pleasure. In addition, Colin provided other referrals for yard grading/grubbing and redoing our back deck, and they all turned out consistently great.

Colin and the LGD Lawn and Landscape team did an amazing job updating our small uneven yard into a beautiful low maintenance sanctuary using large pavers and turf. The estimate process was easy, they started quickly and finished a very detailed job in just a few days. Every evening the guys cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them!

We’ve used Colin and LGD for two major projects. The first was turfing our backyard and building our patio. He and his crew were so good, we didn’t bother to call anyone else when we decided to have our landscaping re-done. They’re everything you hope for when you hire someone: professional, on-time, true to estimate, and conscious of your neighbors. We don’t have enough good things to say about LGD.

Colin and LGD landscape crew are awesome! After going through a couple other local companies for yard maintenance we were so happy to find them last year. They are quick, efficient and reliable with ongoing upkeep throughout the year. I also appreciate how great the entire team communicates with their clients. We've had them install a brick patio in our backyard, redo several plant beds complete with an auto sprinkler system, create a use zone for our outdoor playset, and replenish all the limestone throughout the property. I am not a plant person and when I said "Do whatever, I trust you." they certainly delivered. The upkeep on our end is super easy and all the plant choices are low maintenance. I cannot recommend them enough!

We recently asked LGD to refresh our flower beds. They made them look wonderful and then Lakeview flooded and washed half of it away. LGD sent out a crew and cleaned up the yard and made it look wonderful again. I am so impressed with their work and professionalism. If you need some help with your landscaping take the time to let them help.

I had a very positive experience with LGD. In the middle of our project, an unrelated plumbing issue was discovered which caused stoppage of progress. The LGD team was patient, flexible, and communicative as we solved our issue. Rescheduling was easy and they were very prompt in returning and completing the work. The crew was efficient and clean. Dealing with LDG exceeded my expectations.
