More than just a "standard shop" this place is a throwback to the way old plumbing supply houses used to be in New Orleans before there were bug box stores. I have an old house with an old water line that must be repaired. The price for 50 feet of 3/4 inch copper, plus fittings, plus pipe wrap, was cheaper than all the other stores around -- and they do free delivery, which sealed the deal for me. The guy even helped me conceptualize how one fitting in particular would work -- because he was knowledgeable about plumbing -- unlike the clerks at the big box stores, who act like they could care less about what you need.

Very helpful and knowledgeable with a good inventory. Let me say I'm not a plumber but my job requires me to do plumbing from time to time. Half the time I'm not sure what I'm asking them for or just walk in and dropped on there counter but thanks to them there's no project I have not completed. You are not going to get that kind of help or knowledge from a big box store.

I am so glad I found this company. I was looking for a simple part I needed to exhaust my hot water heater that NO one else could help me to locate. I called them and was told the part I needed and they stocked them all the time. If you need a part call here first.

I went to buy a part for my hot water heater and these guys set me straight. They diagnosed my problem, told me not to waste my money with them (bc that part wasn't the problem) and to call the manufacturer to get the part i needed (that was under warranty and didn't cost anything). The other company i was dealing with didn't do half as much as these guys. They didn't do any actual work for me, but they saved me a big headache and a lot of money.

Was very polite and knew exactly what I needed. As a female it’s hard to find this kind of help I was able to text a picture of my problem and the part was ready when I walked in the store! It’s rare these days to find such great customer service ‘ I’ll definitely be a returning customer 😊

Not much space to drive in for unloading trailer. Call the store before arriving. They tell you how to get there and park your trailer. Great guys.

I came here some time ago with a simple plumbing issue. Though I was looking forward to some decent customer service like a normal person would expect, instead, I wasn't greeted nor helped immediately. Had to wait 12 minutes because your store associate, Todd likes to prioritize conversations with others before work apparently. When I was finally acknowledged, his behavior towards me seemed like I don't belong there. Which is fine with me because that's the first and last time I'm ever coming to this place.

Extremely rude and argumentative sales/service associate (Todd) for no reason. Only come here if you want to be talked down to and treated with sarcasm and disrespect. Ironic that the sign at the counter states, "people won't have time for you if you are always angry or complaining"; maybe follow your own advice or take your sign down... Or, even better, if you don't want to deal with (educate) members of the public, then close your shop

After the Freeze, Texas desperately needs materials and supplies, I called this place and simply asked if they had copper pipes and PVC pipes. The guy on the phone was very combative, did not want to help me, purposely made it difficult to get answers from him, threw constant obstacles towards me and absolutely did not want to sell me anything. I even told him we are planning to drive out all the way from Houston to buy some pipes and he still wouldn’t work with me. The guy just doesn’t want to sell me anything and he did everything he could to make that clear. He’s a complete POS.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE and does not care about anyone but themselves. What a horrible way to treat your neighbors in Texas after the way we helped y’all when Katrina hit. I’ll remember this one. Houston let your people sleep in the Astrodome and go to our schools. Y’all won’t even sell us $100 worth of pipes. Good job.

Hands down the best most efficient service counter experience for plumbing parts I've ever had! They had everything I needed. Very clean & organized place. Made my day & that's rare here in New Orleans.

Horrible customer service. I walked in had to search for an employees, finally found one who acted annoyed by me asking a SIMPLE question. I needed an 8 inch spread kitchen faucet. She stated they had none in stock and that she could order one. I asked about finishes and she rolled her eyes and told me I could go look and it was pretty much anything they had on the floor.
