Dan was an excellent technician - kind, honest, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and I appreciated it. He installed my new garbage disposal quickly and walked me through the warranty process.
It was also very easy to book with Mr. Rooter. Overall, very satisfied!

They were able to come out quickly and relocate our gas line for our range. Pricing was a little high, but overall I think the way they do business made it worth it. It feels good to know it is done right!

Quick turnaround and visit within 2 hours. Although problem was temporarily fixed, it reappeared again due to incorrect identification of the root cause. I would expect much more for almost 600$ bill. Dissappointing!

He discussed ways to prevent future problems and will set me up an appointment to find out about replacing broken sewer line. Great and timely service! They were able to come out same day and fix our clogged toilet. The clog was courtesy of our 3-year-old stuffing - in his own words - "a bunch" of toilet paper in the toilet to flush, so much so that the toilet had to be removed to retrieve it. Highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience with Mr. Rooter. I was able to painlessly set up an appointment and Chad was able to diagnose a leak within no time.

Do not use this company if you have a more complicated issue than a basic toilet clog. 4 separate plumbers came out, none were able to help me. I was told I would be given an estimate by the first person, and never was, even after I followed up. There seemed to be no communication between the plumbers and booking staff - everyone just passed the buck on to the next person. What a waste of time.

Dan was great. Very polite, very respectful, and told me everything that could be done and was upfront about pricing. He went above and beyond and solved our problem very efficiently.
