The technician was very good and did a good job. However, It took many phone calls to get the technician out to the house. It was pushed back 3 times before anybody came out.

Chris was very professional, responsible and reliable. He was honest in his diagnosis and did an excellent job in the correction and repair.

I would like to say thanks to Rooter 911. I’m thankful they were able to give me same day service when I called.

Horrible! Unprofessional.. 1st visit tech never introduced himself and was on his cellphone the entire time..Ordered part and never called to say it was in., never scheduled just showef up to my home 8:30am2nd trip Made the trip to my house and sat in driveway . Never came to door and just left. I called my warranty company to report the company as Below substandard..

My husband died on Thursday and I started my day with sewage in both bathrooms tub and floors flooded. I called about 11am on Sunday and they were here within 3 hours fixedx my problem with reasonable price . My new heroes. Mr. Chris was awesome.

The guy who came out was not professional at all. After two attempts and paying my co payment I still had water pouring on my floor and running over in my sink. He spent about 15 minutes on both attempts and claimed my problem was fix and the issue was still the same if you looked at the pictures. I don’t think he knew what he was doing. After I did a review on him I got a called from the supervisor asking what had happen and the only thing he was saying is he was going to fired the guy. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one this has happened to. Well Now I see where the unprofessionalism come from. In his response to what I stated he came on here saying that I am slandering their company. I have the right to place reviews on companies that come to my house and do a bad job with an attitude. Also if my warranty want pay it I can understand that too but two times come out and you say it’s fixed and it’s not and then tell the people it somethings else. Also the supervisor stated in his response that I had a problem with my warranty company. I have no issues with them because they did what they supposed to have done. It’s their fault for sending an inexperienced person that didn’t know what he was doing . Please stay away from them that’s why they have 2.5 stars it should be 1.

Not gonna lie, we called and thought this was roto-rooter. Chris came and fixed our plumbing problem quickly and he was very pleasant to talk to. They don't charge an exorbitant amount of money for the job either. High Recommend.

This company was called because the plumber from another company botched the job. I was told by the plumber I called out first that the leak in my shower was caused by a bad cartridge. He replaced the cartridge and then called me in the bathroom. He had wrapped the cartridge in a towel to let the water run down in the tub. He said that the valve was the problem and that it was leaking. He needed to go in the wall and replace it but he couldn't do it that day. Long story short, I called this company to fix it. I was told that the valve was cracked because the 1st plumber put too much pressure. They came out and fixed the problem right away.

It's not often you find quality workers in St. John Parish that takes pride in their work. I found one today with Rooter 9-1-1. Chris Cenac did an amazing job. I will be recommending this company to anyone with plumbing needs. Prices are reasonable and he did a good job explaining everything that he had to do to get the job done.

Called and explained that i have been without hot water pressure for 2 weeks. Also explained this was my Third attempt at finding a plumber to diagnose the issue. I called Rooter 911 and requested a master plumber to come out and was assured he would find the problem but he made no such effort. He didnt even introduce himself! He looked around for 15 minutes and then told me to call the city to have the meter replaced. Did that too and STILL not the issue. He just took my $145 after 15 minutes and left. After the city left i called back to let him know that the meter was not the issue. HE TOLD ME TO GIVE IT A WHILE and he would call later! Here we are a WEEK later and no follow up, no nothing. I feel completely robbed and still have no clue what is going on with my water. I do NOT recommend at all for no reason EVER!!!

Christmas Day! Yes, on Christmas Day, these guys answered on the 2nd ring, responded fast and were here within 2 hours of our call. Took them less than 5 mins to identify the problem and get to work. Chris was in and out in under an hour and we were back to getting ready for Christmas. And super thankful they didn’t break the bank. Highly recommend for any plumbing help you need.

Some things are too important to take a chance on trying to fix it yourself. I consider plumbing one of these things. Chris is a professional guy who knows his business. He is quick with diagnostics and resolutions. He is also a very nice man! If something isn't just right he stays with it until it is well done. Thank you Chris!

Been to my house 3 Times to fix the same problem and it get worst everytime he leaves. Don’t know how they are in business smh, I have to spend more money to get a real plumber out here to fix my problem this so called comps can’t fix. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Do t waste your time or money, yall saying all there’s is no record that’s can’t be possible, it was a tall black guy came to my house and repaired my leaking garden tub had to come back out 2 more ti es because the leak stopped fro 5 hours and got worst to where it was a full poor tub would fill in 2 hours. The guy was a tall black guy look like Lebron James, it’s leaking to this day still, yall was sent to me thru choice warranty

Rooter 911 is an approved vendor through my Home Warranty. So when I filed a claim with my home warranty for a leak under my kitchen sink, Rooter 911 was assigned. The gentleman working for the company called me the morning of my appointment to ensure I was at home and also to confirm what the problems were that I was having. When he arrived he looked at the problem under my kitchen sink and fixed the problem. He had all the supplies needed to complete the job, and he was finished with installation of the new trash disposal and had cleaned up the area within 15 minutes. I highly recommend Rooter 911 for your plumbing needs.

Chris was fast and efficient on a rainy and cold Saturday. He answered the first call after two other local businesses didn’t respond. Replaced my mom’s leaking hose bib without problem. Price was steep, but to be expected. Much appreciated.

In one 15-minute visit, Chris did what a previous plumber was too lazy and impatient to do in two visits. He didn’t even require me to jump through a bunch of hoops like the previous plumber did either.

Chris quickly diagnosed the issue in less than 60 seconds and completely fixed the problem within minutes. He actually knew what he was doing and didn’t waste time getting it done. Chris cleared whatever was causing the drain to back up and tightened the p-trap. This brother made it look too easy.

Next time I have a plumbing issue, I’m asking my home warranty company for Rooter 9-1-1 Plumbing Repair & Drain Service by name. And y’all can send Chris again because the dude was thorough.
