I called at approximately 11:00 AM on a Friday and by 5:00 PM they were at my home. Chris, the technician, explained everything to me in detail, gave me a quote for the cost, and would have replaced it the same day but for the plumbing supply company had closed. He assured me he would pick up my water heater on Monday morning and would be here for 10:00 AM. He was prompt and called first before coming. He got here at approximately 10:20 AM and was done before noon. I would recommend them highly and I would definitely use them again

I called this company, spoke with a tech and explained my issues. Someone came to my home and did my repairs in the rain. I am very pleased with the services and the prices. I will definitely use them again. If you have a bad or good experience take time to do reviews, it’s helpful more than you know.

I googled and this was the first company that popped up.

Chris was at my house within an hour and a half. I was given a window of 11-1 and at 11:15 they arrived.

Chris was knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure to review the issue. And after service, he made sure the issue didn’t persist before leaving. Was great experience and will definitely recommend them.

Great experience with this company. Chris came out & he was very quick and nice. He was very knowledgable and explained everything so that I could understand everything going on. Will definitely be calling them again if I have other plumbing needs & will definitely be recommending them to others.

EDITED FOR RESPONSE: Your technician explained a video scope would need to be done before anything else. He said the fee was $250. He explained AFTER a video of the pipe, he would be able to see where the issue was and go from there. And it would need to be scheduled for a different day. I’m not a plumber so I’m not aware of what is needed to fix the issue. I trusted the input from the technician you sent, so why would I call the office???

However, after already paying over $200 for the initial service rendered, which was never communicated to me, approved, or fixed the issue, I decided to call someone else. And I’m so glad I did. As explained below, after running a line that far out with no resolution it was clearly a city issue.There was no need to do a video. Also, you wouldn’t have been able to SEE anything anyways! The city needed to be called, but your technician wanted me to schedule another appointment and pay more money for something that wasn’t necessary. Meanwhile, we still wouldn’t have been able to FLUSH.THE.TOILET that had been backed up since 3am.

The other guy came out, assessed, and diagnosed the issue in 20 minutes without doing or even recommending a $250 video service. And he did it all in the same day. He instructed me to call the city, which I did, and they came right out and cleared the line on their end. We are now able to flush our toilet!
Y’all were trying to pad the bill to be frank. And I was billed $233 before approving the initial service performed, which didn’t even fix the issue!!! Y’all need to do a better job at communicating price estimates PRIOR TO services rendered and other fees such as the additional 4% for credit card payment use. But it’s ok. This was a $233 lesson learned. I will not call again. And I hope this review will help others in the future decide who to call when they are looking for help with a sewer issue. Thank you.

I called this company to come out for a backed up sewage issue. They did promptly come out to their credit. However, I was charged over $200 and the issue still was not fixed. I was then informed I would have to pay an additional $250 for a video scope to be done. They also charge 4% for credit card payments, which was never communicated prior. I also did not appreciate not being informed of the pricing BEFORE work was even done.
I decided to call someone else who explained if the line was ran that far out, it was most likely a city issue.

I do not appreciate being taken advantage of or feeling like I’m being taken advantage of. I felt like I was being charged for extra services when the guy already knew the city would need to be contacted. I contacted the city myself and they are helping me to fix the issue now. So I basically paid over $200 for nothing.

I will not be using this company for any future plumbing services. I understand a business has to make money, but you don’t have to gaslight your customers for an extra $250. I have several properties, and this would have been a great opportunity for them to gain more business. However, after this experience, I do not trust they are working in the customer’s best interest. Please be advised.

Big Mike, Sal and Son Mike Saia were nothing but a pleasure to deal with. We kept getting the run around from a plumbing contractor that was assigned to the plumbing portion of our renovation. After one excuse after the next, we called Saia plumbing. They were extremely responsive, quick to give an estimate, scheduled the job promptly and followed through on their word. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with them.

Thank you for your quick responding, professional, friendly, and clean service. I recently had to have all of the pipes replaced under my house and was very pleased with the crew and the work that was done. I had the same response today for a toilet issue that was resolved quickly.

Mr. Sal and his partner were quick to arrive to my home. He fixed a leaking toilet and handled business very professionally. I would recommend Saia Plumbing to anyone.

We called them about a washing machine drain clog which had been attempted to be repaired twice, but could not be resolved. We called in on a Thursday afternoon, after another plumber left, and they came by 8:20 on Friday morning. The 2 men that came were great and it looks like it is fixed. They had equipment which reached further down the drain than what had been used before. We intend to call them in the future. Very polite and professional.

We recently discovered we had a broken drainpipe outside of our home. We contacted Saia Plumbing, and they came out the very next day to perform a video inspection. Within 2 days the problem was completely fixed. They did have to dig up the existing pipe and replace it, but this was done very quickly and the existing shrubbery was put back exactly as it was before the repair. Couldn't have asked for better service. Recommended!!!

Dealing with a plumbing issue is never fun... but I can honestly say my experience with this company made the whole process very quick, easy, & completely painless. Plus, it didn’t break the bank... can’t beat that. The guy who came out, Mike, was very responsive, professional, prompt, helpful/informative, and he fixed/repaired/cleared my problem thoroughly & quickly. He was also very respectful of my home. He didn’t leave any mess behind, or really any trace that he was here at all, to be honest. (lol) I definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.

Saia plumbing is the absolute best! I had a major plumbing issue at my home and Mike, the owner, was there the next morning at 6:30am before I had to leave for work.
After gently letting me know that they would have to tunnel under my slab, Mike and his crew were able to get to it the next day and my plumbing was fixed before the end of the week.
I cannot say enough good things about Saia plumbing. I will be using them from here on out for all future plumbing needs. I suggest that if you are reading this, you do the same.

Saia Plumbing is my go to plumbing service for years. Sal who took care of us today with my gas dryer install and a couple of issues was awesome, as usual! I needed same day service and without hesitation they were able to come to the rescue! Thanks Sal and Team!

Saia Plumbing is amazing! I called Tuesday, and they were out here on Friday morning. They hooked up a gas line to my dryer, which took only about 15 minutes. They also scoped out potentially installing a tankless water heater and hooking up a portable generator. Very professional and courteous. I won’t call anyone else but them in the future.

Great company for installing my hot water heater that went out. They were quick to arrive and had me up and running 24 hours after the initial call. Where the 3 stars comes in is the communication involving payment. The technicians who initially came were awesome- they explained the process and guided me in the right direction. They said “at most it would be 2300, but that’s only if we have issues with your vent pipe or there’s something we encounter upon installation. I’m confident I can get you around the 2000 mark.” He said it would be less if they are not here as long to install.

Today a different group came to install at 8:15 am and they left at 9:25. I was told $2,350. When I explained what I was told, shoulders were shrugged and he said that was the price. Then I asked how I could pay by cc and then was told it would be an additional 4% which was never explained.

If you decide to use this company, make sure to get what they are saying in writing- not too happy with the communication. It would have also been helpful to get something in writing. I never signed for anything. (And normally I would but I guess in an emergency over the holidays it was overlooked)

The owner, Mike, and his crew-- Drew and Craig-- were responsive, professional, and wanted to help us quickly. Price was reasonable, we were given accurate quotes, and the guys that did the work were even here on a Saturday to help us. Very kind, polite, and got the job done. We will be using them again.

Would definitely recommend! Arrived exactly when they said they were going to ,staff was friendly And very courteous handled the job quickly with no problems had my drain unclogged and working great! And very reasonably price thank you so much!

I was amazed at this company. Christmas Eve night is when I found my pipes had broken Christmas day. I was just filling around on the phone. Saw the name said well. Let me just send a message at least I’ll get on the list on Christmas day. I was notified on Christmas day that they would come on Monday morning, who does that this company is beyond on believable they are wonderful. All I have to say is call and see if you’re yourself he fix my pipes in less than a half hour. Price was great. I was so blessed to have them get in touch with me on Christmas day I still can’t believe that I am talking to everybody about them . Good job guys know beyond good job guys.
