Great service all around. I was happy with the friendly phone conversation and quick response. Mike and Red came over the very next day and replaced my kitchen faucet. They were very professional and personable. They did a fantastic job.

Plumber arrived and checked for a gas leak on my clothes dryer. He tightened a connection and left.
The next day my laundry room and into my kitchen smelled of gas.
Plumber was here a short amount of time but did not check other possible leaks.

Saia Plumbing did excellent work on a pretty extensive pipe job we needed done that included trenching. Mike was wonderful from the start with excellent communication and a great personality! His on-site team were very knowledgeable and insightful when explaining the process and their progress. Extremely pleased and will definitely call again Saia again when needed!

Couldn’t be happier with the wonderful service I always receive from Saia Plumbing. They are fantastic! Last year I had a broken pipe underground. Another day I had a clogged sink. Recently I had a leaking gasket on my toilet and needed new bathroom faucets installed. On all three occasions I felt they were professional, courteous, competent, and efficient. Got my pipes unclogged, as I was assured that was the issue. The next day, my toilet and bathtub still was not functioning properly. I sent a text message, with photos, of my water backing up and never received a response. Had to pay another company to come out on top of paying this company. Very unprofessional.

I purchased a water heater for 1400 dollars from this company earlier this year. Right after the new year 2025 something broke on the water heater and it didn’t work. So I called the company that I bought the water heater from for assistance. The company sent two gentleman to my home for what I thought was to repair the water heater. They arrived and inspected it and said that they would return the next day to replace the broken part. So early the next morning they called me and said they have the part but I would have to paid them 235 dollars due to the manufacturer would pay them to replace the part.Again this is a 1400 dollar brand new heater only a few months old under warranty? They were not understanding are helpful and felt that I was robbed. Please stay away from SAIA Plumbing from River Ridge La

Replaced bathroom faucet.
Faucet was encrusted and had to be sawed off. They were efficient and cleaned up afterwards.

They came out the day I called to change a valve under the kitchen sink. They also were able to replace an outside faucet. Very glad I called them.

Absolutely great service and reasonably priced!! (I called about a dozen companies to get quotes.) Got gas lines up to code, did the filing and met with parish inspector, all as promised. On time and efficient! Very pleased with the outcome. Thank You, Sal and Mike (& assistant)!!!

We got an instant reply when we called. Set up a time the following day and they where spot on. Called me 20 minutes before arriving. Did a great job. They did a new commode and bathroom faucets. It took them about an hr. and a half. Very neat and polite. Would highly recommend.

We have used Saia Plumbing for both major & more minor repairs/services. Most recently, we needed a toilet reseated. We called for an appointment around 9:00 a.m. and they (Sal Saia & helper) came out by 11:00a.m. They reseated the toilet and performed the work quickly, and full cleaned up. I find their prices reasonable ( especially for the quality of the work performed). They performed some major work on my Daughter's home, and Mike Saia gave her the "Dad's" attention and piece of mind. I appreciated that attention.

I cannot say enough about this company!! I called about getting this generator and they came to my house the same day!! Mike and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure it was in place and ready in case of a storm. There were days when there were 2 trucks here and 4-5 guys making sure everything was in place and operating safely.
No stone was left unturned when it came to his companies attention to detail!! His concern for our safety and making sure everything was operating properly is beyond admirable!!

Mike and his crew are wonderful. They came out and started working the day after we reached out to them. They repaired our underground pipes in a timely manner and were very transparent with everything they were doing. We couldn’t have asked for better service. I was selling my home and I had sagging sewer lines, Mike answered my call quickly and was out the next day. The work was completed in one week as promised and he also replaced my old water heater. He was in constant communication with me and always answered my calls and explained the full process. Thank you so much Mike for being so honest and giving me a great price. Amazing quality from his work crew they were very respectful of my property and left everything cleaned up.

Was in a bind with no hot water starting on a Saturday holiday weekend and an out of warranty water heater. Googled a possible fix replacement part. Got that on Monday - didn't fix it. ::sad face:: Called the plumbers that installed it 8yrs ago to get an estimate for possible repair. They sent someone over. Next day, never heard back about the status (and still haven't ::another sad face::). Called another plumber I've worked with before and they were backed up (no pun intended) but recommended Saia. Called Saia and was offered the possibility to get it done same day!

Called me back to confirm they could do it that day! Now I have a new water heater with a much better warranty. The guys that came out were very nice, professional and got the work done. There was one special need for a slightly smaller pan due to the space being a little snug near a washer/dryer, but they made it happen! And our house had some other surprises for them but they powered through it! Can't thank you all enough.

Called Saia late on Wednesday night. They were here Thursday morning. Cleaned the drain that was preventing my AC from working. Very professional, courteous, and reasonable. Will definitely call for future jobs

Top Notch service from Saia Plumbing! My mom's water heater went out. The courteous & professional crew came out swiftly to replace the broken water heater. Had everything complete in just a matter of hours and the price was very fair & reasonable. The owner of the company, Mike, even reached out to to ensure everything with the replacement water heater & service met my expectations. Will definitely contact Saia Plumbing again!

We called Saia Plumbing for two things: the lever on our tub would not stay in place when lifted and the bathroom sink leaked on the hot side while the cold was turned on. The plumber fixed the lever, however, damaged the cover on the tub lever in the process (see photo). Secondly, he tightened something on the sink but I discovered it was still leaking after the fact. I emailed the owner requesting a second visit, but during this second visit nothing was accomplished. We were just told to buy a new bathroom faucet and a new cover for the tub lever. I purchased a new cover, installed it myself, and replaced the cartridges on the sink to fix the leak. The tub lever got stuck again and I fixed it with some WD40. We paid $160 to be told to replace items that did not need replacing. Lesson learned.
