We are very pleased with the outstanding service we received today with Saia Plumbing. Our water heater went out on Sunday night, and we called Saia Plumbing at 7:20 am Monday morning.

They showed up to our house within an hour and completed the replacement of the water heater quickly. We are thrilled that we had such excellent service. We are first time customers and highly recommend Saia Plumbing and their professional staff!

I had an issue with turning the gas back on in a rental unit. The issue involved getting the City to come out to do a safety inspection. At some point the historical society got involved and basically it was a red tape mess. Mike and his team including Cheryl stayed on all parties and got the issues and red tape fixed. Their experience dealing with the city(which can be messy) and the historic society(who can be more difficult than the city) was invaluable. Great company, great communication, and I'm a customer for life. Thanks again!!!

Tenant complained that water was gushing out of the laundry shed and onto the court yard. The guys from Saia came out and diagnosed a clogged water line. They fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable price. My tenant and I are very happy:)

I would have given SAIA plumbing 0 stars if that was an option, but it is not. SAIA Plumbing was referred to us and we feel like we got absolutely screwed. Paid them over $15K to fix the pipes under our house and our issues still weren’t fixed. SAIA communicated with us very poorly and never really explained what they were doing or how it would solve our issues. We didn’t received anything written or invoices. They never took us seriously and constantly told us everything was fine. Even when the water pressure was atrocious and a toilet backed up into the house. We had to hire another plumbing group to fix SAIA’s work. The new group was much cheaper, very communicative and we have had no issues since. I would NOT recommend SAIA Plumbing to anyone.

I was impressed at how quickly Sal got back to me and fixed my pipe leak. His price was reasonable and fair compared to other quotes I received. I’m going to recommend him to my friends who need an experienced and knowledgeable plumber.

I had a leaking kitchen faucet. I called them at 8 am and they came right over. They bought and installed a new faucet in less than an hour. Great service and reasonable price. I highly recommend

Mike and his team were great! I sent him a message Saturday night and he called me back immediately. We had a leaking hot water heater that needed to be replaced (it was 19 years old). He came out on Sunday morning and took a look at everything and made a plan to come 1st thing Monday morning with his team to replace the hot water heater. He even set up an electrician to help get everything up to code. Would definitely use him again!

Saia was outstanding! They came the day after I contacted them. Arrived early - after notifying me - and got the work done to replace my tankless water heater in less than 2.5 hours!from arrival to departure. Sal and Austin were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything I needed to know! And made sure it was all in full working order before they left! I will be using them for future plumbing needs for sure!

Mike Saia was one of five plumbers I contacted for a leak on my main waterline, under my driveway. He was the first to show up - less than an hour after contacting him. The others had been contacted days before.
His crew did a great job and I had a new line in two days and the concrete repaired a day later.

Alex showed up on time and gave me his honest opinion about my a/c system. He made short order of finding the Freon leaks and informed me of my options. Alex is hands down the best a/c repair technician I’ve ever met. 👍
