Stay away from this company and I promise you’ll thank me later . I’m actually still in shock a week later as to how this company operates. I was looking online for someone to do some yardwork and cleanup and I looked at quite a few. I had put in my email and phone number on their site to request an estimate and they called me back on Friday asking for my business and promising that they could get my yard done and could come out on Monday or Tuesday. I thought too good to be true right? I definitely wasn’t expecting them to be out in 3 days. Well guess what??? It was too good to be true! Received a message, by email mind you, con Monday stating that they cannot find a crew to perform the services for me after they called me telling me they had a crew ready to roll for me. Why? Why are these people calling from Texas to schedule lawn care through different companies and they don’t even live over here why? Stick with the independent small business man and you get better work and better results. I called the guy I’m using now on Monday morning after getting the email and he came out that evening to cut my lawn and give me an estimate for the bush trimming and clean up. That’s what I call a 5 star company! So glad I found him after this big disappointment!

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE! We have been paying these clowns to mow our lawn which is tiny in size for months. EACH TIME THEY SHOW UP 3 WEEKS LATE! In no way shape or form has this company EVER shown up on time or on the day they tell you. They tell you oh were coming today then its 3 weeks later. Worst company I have ever seen. I will be taking them to court because they do not uphold their end of the deal EVER! My lawn each month is so tall that my dog can't even go use the grass to relieve itself because this lawn company is always 2-3 weeks late each month! BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

It's a good concept but it's very poorly executed. They'll start an account up with you (they don't mention that it's auto-renewing, but whatever.) It's quite expensive, even for my small yard. It's 49.99 for a small half shotgun in New Orleans. Biggest issue, (and dear god I'm sorry I sound like a Karen) is that three times in the last month I've been charged for lawn cutting that never happened. Had to spend roughly an hour between two phone calls talking with people to get it remedied. Super cool. Love it. Figure your shit out.

Very great service requested the service on Thursday may 1st and was scheduled for Monday the 5th. The pro assigned to me contacted Me with an available time slot for Friday may 2nd and we set that. The pro showed up and within 30 minutes he was done and gone. Very professional the yard was cut and trimmed.

Really confusing pricing, very expensive for what they did. I requested more services and they just didn't do it. For example, I asked them to trim vines and the pictures shows that was clearly not done. Now I'm locked in for two more services and each time I'll have to do everything they promised but did not deliver. They also left the gate open which endangered the dog. Would definitely not recommend.

I had no idea that I would find such a GREAT business in Pensacola through Google. Initially I thought it was a scam but to my surprise and relief it's not. I suggest anyone looking for lawn care to please go to LawnStarter Lawn Care Service. I was contacted on the 4th, after I got an online quote for $19 for the first visit. I didn't believe it and just backed out of their page. Shortly after Jal, a very nice representative, called me and explained how they operate. Needless to say, Henry showed up this morning and my yard is back to BEAUTIFUL. I plan to continue using LawnStarter and I suggest you use them too. QUALITY AT WORK!
