I cannot overstate how great this service has been! My service provider (Tracy at EZ Lawn Care & Maintenance) does a phenomenal job. He's reliable, communicates about any changes, and is an absolute dream to work with. I love being able to get everything scheduled and paid for through the app. I may be a new customer, but I plan to be a long-term customer!

The yard looks great. The crew paid attention to our grass height request and it was cut at the perfect height. We sometimes leave the garden hose on the lawn. The crew moved the hose and did not go over it with the lawn mower. This attention to details and responsiveness to our requests are exceptional.

Just wanted to mention that David does a great job at our property.. we used to do this ourselves at another house we lived in, for twenty years on an acre in a humid jungle with a push mower, believe it or not. There was something very soulful about that work to this very day, not kidding. Now we are older and elsewhere and David's great work here on our smaller property helps out big time. I recently setup service(s) for my first lawn mowing , and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment upon arrival, he showed professionalism and care. He took the time to understand the layout of my yard and worked efficiently without cutting corners—pun intended. 😄

The results were crisp edges, evenly cut grass, and a yard that finally looks well-maintained. For a first-time experience, it was smooth, hassle-free, and surprisingly satisfying to come home to a fresh-cut lawn. I’ll definitely be using their services again!

I have been paying this company since October of 2023 to have my lot maintained. I travel for work often so I was unable to view the property after every cut. Well, the lot was never cut although they were being paid bi-weekly.

Lawnstarter is a joke. They say in under 5 minutes you can view the price, choose your service date and let the "Pros" do the work. Easy right? Well what they don't tell you is they only work with independent contractors and they have no power to send someone to do your yard. You are on a waiting list until someone feels like cutting your yard. Oh and you don't choose your service date they do and if no one comes by that date they cancel your account because of no availability. Its been over a week since I signed up. Meanwhile im left with an uncut lawn that's twice as high as it was when it signed up and I am going to have to pay someone extra to cut this high grass

Terry always does a great job on the lawn. He has been doing my lawn for at least 3 years now maybe its 4. Lawnstarter is an easy way to get lawn service and pay for it

I am so happy I found this company. I saw them and waited, but then received a referral from my sister who said nothing but great things! I have it a try and the pro that cut my lawn was wonderful. Jack showed up, went to work and paid care to my yard. I was in need of service and thankfully Jack took on my job and actually showed and did amazing. Thank you!

Trying to sell our house and used this “service” to do book a leaf removal. They did not remove the leaves, but they did decide to hack up two bushes that looked full and amazing. Why are these even being touched during a leaf removal, and without asking the homeowner?
Contacted the app and they sent the team back, still did nothing. Provided photo evidence of this fact and the app said they would refund 50 out of the 200 dollar charge. So now I’m out time, money, and the curb appeal of my house.

I recently had my lawn mowed by Terry of Felo Pride lawn care services and I love it. It always looks well maintained and manicured. Everything is done quickly and professional. He's usually done in approximately 15 minutes or less and this includes mowing, edging and blowing. He and his crew are very quick.

I receive text reminders of when my next service will be and one alerting me how it looks once everything has been completed.

This guy completely ripped off my wife Jamie and I. Go with a different company. His business ethics are completely backwards. Tries tying people down to jobs. Will try and buy the materials upfront to try and tie you down to a job. Look elsewhere.
