Called to get a quote Jim was a salesman for sure after a quote to fix a squeeking sound on my dryer of $200 dollars I tried saying thank you anyway but was hung up on before I had the chance. Find someone else or go on you tube
OMG - This guy is amazing!!! He provided over the phone service and I was blown away because he helped me fix my broken dryer. I am a woman. One that does NOT know about dryers. And he was still able to walk me through step by step. UNBELIEVABLE !!! Definitely recommend to anyone!! This is NOT the first time I use this company. When I lived in Louisiana he visited my home and helped me fix my washer. Then I moved away and have NOT found anyone as knowledgeable as this guy! So I took my chances and CALLED ---- and YUP --- he was able to help me. Very friendly and didn't turn me away. LOVE IT!!!
Jim took the back of my machine off. He blew in a hose charged me $105. I had to tell him to put the back of my machine on. All he did was put the top screws left other holes without. Now when I wash I hear alot of knocking. I asked him why he left the back off he said so he'll be able to get in it.😡 I guess he knew his repair job wasn't going to last. Shotty work.
I called up 5 other repairmen to ask about fixing my freezer. It was frozen shut when I moved in, and I was a little scared to open it. The fridge/freezer is about 5 years old. I was told that it would probably be cheaper to buy a new one. I didn't have that kinda money. I called Jim and he came by and made my day a little brighter. He helped me move it outside in case it was full of melted ice. He fixed whatever it was that made it quit freezing, cleaned the grime off the door seal and I was good to go. All in all, he was at my house for 45 minutes and I am forever grateful. Jim is absolutely Veteran friendly. Thanks Jim!!! You've made my life a little easier.
I called about my dishwasher not working and my washer had also stopped working correctly. He said he would be there around like 9am, he wasn't it was about 10/1030. He looked at the dishwasher told me what he thought it was. Tried everything to repair it without having to order A new part, which was fine. But that didn't work, ended up having to order a new part anyways. He looked at the washer, said it was the motor. So we ordered both new parts, he came out fixed the washer, and put the new dishwasher part on. The washer works fine now but the dishwasher is still not cleaning correctly. Granted the part he ordered obviously had gone bad too but my original issue with it still hasn't been fixed.. The issues I had were he would never answer me when I would ask how much his service charge was, he is not good at keeping u updated at all. Doesn't return any messages in a timely manner at all. My dishwasher still isn't working correctly but now I can't get him to return any messages. He didn't give me Nan answer on prices until he was on his way to.fix the things. Honestly I'm don't think we are going to use him again. But I would like him to come finish what he started with my dishwasher. We paid too much for all of it not to be done completely. Not to mention he left his mess every where and we had to clean it all up.
