Outstanding Service! Robert and his team are true professionals. I received a proposal for an Electric Vehicle Charger installation. I wasn't quite sure what kind of scope I was ready to pursue for the job, but Robert carefully walked me through the options and helped me plan out an installation that fit nicely within in my needs and budget. The installation was fast and professional and the work area was spotless when they left. Great value for money. Would definitely use Cook Electric again.

I worked for Mr. Cook for 3 years as the sevrice manager , GREAT place to work , all the employees are like family. If you are looking to hire a electric company to do your work I highly recommend Cook electric they STAND behind there work.... would have give them a 10 star rating but it only goes to 5.

Everyone I interacted with at Cook Electric was a delight from the Service Dept to the Technician to the Owner. My issue took a few trips and they were very responsive and explained what was causing the issue and how they were rectifying during each visit. Would highly recommend.

There is a reason this company has so many 5 star reviews: they are the best in terms of quality of workmanship, easy to work with, appropriate cost. We had a major job at our house replacing ALL of our HVAC system including the water heater and 3 outdoor units. The guys who came to our house were professional, courteous, and went the extra mile for our house. I have enormous gratitude for their work - electrical work done well keeps us all safe! I definitely will use them again when we get our kitchen redone and their name is the first to come to mind if any of my friends needs an electrician. I highly recommend them.

Larry Cook and his team are top notch. We had them replace a service panel and run additional circuits at our cottage. They were very professional, courteous and efficient throughout the entire process. Larry worked with me to schedule the service exactly when I needed it. Some years ago, we were in search of an electrical company to provide service. Cook Electric was recommended. They have provided service for a number of issues we've experienced. Most recently, our breaker kept tripping & it was necessary to have addressed. Jason was the rep sent out. He was professional, polite & informative. He placed covering on his shoes upon entering the home. He was thorough in his assessment. He was informative in explaining what the issues might be & how he was going about addressing them. Jason is a great representative for Cook Electric!

I highly recommend J Prime for your electrical work and ceiling fan installation. I have used this company twice and he has always been great. When I first moved into my home the electrical was not connected to the light switch. He was able put ceiling fans in that connected to the light switch. The second time I called him I had an electrical emergency and he was there the next day. My experience was great and I will use this company for all of my electrical needs.

I need someone to come to my mother's and check to see why her electric wasn't working in her master bedroom. I remember J Prime and gave them a call. He explain that the house had old electric which is called know and tube, so we decided to run new wire from the breaker in the basement to the master bedroom. Di Jae was very professional and on time. The price was right for my mother and the job only last about 5 hours because he used all available resources that he had. The crew was extremely professional, fast dependable and worked well with each other. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a electrician to call this company. I had an amazing experience dealing with this company.

J Prime replaced a gfci outlet in my kitchen that my disposal is connected to. He was responsive and prompt and fixed the issue in under an hour. Price was very reasonable as well. Will definitely use this company again.

We reached out to J Prime Electric on Tuesday for an EV Charger install estimate. I was surprised that we were confirmed for an estimate the same day. They provided an estimated time of arrival and showed up at that time. They provided a reasonable estimate and scheduled the install. The day of install, which was 2 days later, they provided constant communication about arrival. They installed the outlet and charger and followed up the next day to ensure I was happy with the install and confirmed everything was to functioning as expected. I highly recommend J Prime Electric.

Jprime provided a very high level of service for a reasonable price. They wired a 220v plug into my garage , but the panel was out of space. Adding an additional wrinkle, we had an illegally modified breaker that needed to be replaced and moved to one of the coveted twin locations (location capable of splitting a single breaker into two). Although not part of the scope of the quote he moved nearly every breaker to free up the appropriate twinning locations to make it work. Jprime was willing to explain the problems as well as provide solutions so I could make informed decisions. Will recommend him to others, and use him again if needed. 5 Star."

On Friday, September 20, 2024 There were two young men from JPrime Electric who were scheduled to arrive between 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. They arrived on time installed a blower fan in the bathroom with an outside exhaust that has a flap which closes when the light switch is off. The work was finished at 9:27 a.m. the area was cleaned. Professional and polite workers. Thank you for your work. Yes, I will refer your company.
