Great crew! Large house, and they were very responsive to our requests. Always smiling and eager to please. Only concern is that they sacraficed accuracy for speed, and missed some shelves and cupboards. Other than that, would definitely recommend their service. Kudos to Destiny, Brittany, Melissa, Shelly, Monica, and Empriss!

I decided to give Molly maid a try as my schedule has been hectic and I just wanted to come home a clean home.... Well the first time they came and did an estimate to continue the services I was quite pleased. However, once i said I would like to continue the services, things changed. On the subsequent clean the ONLY areas of my house to be touched were the kitchen (however they did not clean the floors), dining area and living room. No bathrooms, no bedrooms...not even a thing on my upper floor! Essentially, they lured me in then backed off on the quality.

After this experience, I do not trust Molly Maid and would not recommend them to anyone. The bottom line, pass on Molly Maid.

Rosella and Naomi cleaned my house yesterday! Rosella always cleans my home like she would her own. Naomi sought all the winter cobwebs and dust from the winter. These ladies worked hard and worked well together. My house is so clean I can now relax on my porch. Thank you rosella and Naomi for making my home livable again! lol

DO NOT USE MOLLY MAIDS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

We hired them for regular cleanings and not one time did they get it right. The very first time, the skipped the sink in one of the bathrooms. The next time, they skipped the mirror and bath tub in a different bathroom. The time after that they skipped an entire bathroom AND the entry level floor. They were suppose to clean the railings and base boards throughout the house but they never did. They didn't even vacuum where they were suppose to.

We had them come out after we had moved out and they still didn't clean what they were suppose to. They will not refund your money, ever. Their only solution is to resend the team. WHY???? So they can waste more of everyone's time with their pitiful, half-assed cleaning.

I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I did a move in cleaning with Molly Maids and their service was amazing. They cleaned all the baseboards and did so much that I wouldn’t of even thought to do. The staff were on time and very friendly. Highly recommended!

The people cleaning had lovely personalities, they did a great job!

I used them for cleaning my house after a tenant moved out, and they made it look like new. When cleaning one of the ceiling fans, one of the blades accidentally broke, and Molly Maid was kind enough to fix the issue. They tried replacing the blade, but since the fan wasn't made anymore, they replaced the entire fan and paid for someone to install it. They went out of their way to help me, as compared to other providers who would not pay out if their pocket to help.

I would defintely use them again for home cleaning.

They were prompt. I had a house cleaned for a open house. 8 out of 8 of the forms from our open house feedback are proof that the house was not cleaned well. The house had three brand new bathrooms, brand new carpet, brand new laminate etc. and the reviewers marked us a 3 out of 5 on cleanliness (there is no one living in the house). I specifically asked for the kitchen cabinets to be cleaned inside and out (they swore they did it), yet they had to be recleaned for dust and cobwebs one day later. I also asked for the interior windows to be done, as well as the basement to be vacuumed. Both had to be redone one day later. Ridiculous that I paid almost $400 and it was not finished.

The quality of cleaning isnt up to par for what I was spending. I felt everything was very rushed! Scheduling was messed up or the cleaners didnt arrive during my allotted time and I didnt recieve a phone call to let me know what was going on. I had damage done to my home and I had to contact the owner several times on the matter. Trying to get a return call on issues is near impossible. We left this cleaning service and will not be going back. I suggest you look else where

Molly Maids has cleaned my house every 2 weeks for the past few years. Dependable and thorough. It's a service that once it's set it up, you can just forget it and it's awesome having a clean house every 2 weeks!

I've used Molly Maids monthly for a couple years. They are thorough, friendly and hard-working. My house looks and smells wonderful when they finish.
