Very satisfied with the services provided by this company. Molly Maid has been cleaning my home for over two years. I highly recommend them.

The cleaners did a fantastic job, although there was some miscommunication about what they would be working on while they were here and no one contacted me ahead of time so I wasn’t there when they arrived. So if I hadn’t happen to get there soon after, they would have been cleaning an entire floor that they needn’t have. Luckily, I DID get there and the misunderstanding was cleared up, and the areas I needed clean were done very well!

The team that cleaned my house did an amazing job. They were fast, skilled, thorough and careful.the team itself deserves 10 stars.
However, I was on a tight time schedule and had been told they would arrive at 11. When I called at 11:30, the person who answered the phone was snippy and unconcerned. I hesitate to schedule another cleaning if talking to the office staff is frustrating.

I hired Molly Maid for a one-time cleaning last week, and I loved it! The ladies worked quickly through all the rooms I requested and did an excellent job. Their customer service was also great.

I hired Molly Maid for a deep clean of our home. I was quoted a price range and told it should take about 2.5-4hrs. We weren’t home during the cleaning, but based on the ring camera the team of two women were only at my home for 2hrs on the dot. I’m really disappointed in the services I received. I was expecting to come home from work shocked by how clean it was, but I had to look around the house to try to find anything that really seemed cleaner than it did before. The baseboards were not wiped down, pictures not dusted, and windows not cleaned. We have a tile area by our back door and it didn’t look like there was even an attempt at mopping it. There was even a very noticeable cob web in the bedroom going from one curtain rod to the other. As a working mom with pets and a toddler I finally decided to hire a company to get our house to a point where it would be easier to stay on top of cleaning. Especially since we’ve had to shuffle a lot around recently for construction (and you can imagine the dust from that). But I’m really just feeling like I wasted a lot of money.

The two Molly Maid employees that came to clean my apartment did a great job! They arrived on time and finished cleaning my living room, kitchen and bathroom in two hours. I asked them not to do my bedroom this time because I didn’t need it cleaned, just the open areas where guests would be. The price is a little on the higher end of what I have paid before with other cleaning companies but it’s still reasonable. I would use Molly Maid again and I recommend them to others.

I use Molly Maid for cleaning services and they are efficient and reliable. The communication from the scheduler and the appointment reminders are great. The cleaning teams are on time and professional. My house needs special attention because we have a large dog and her hair is everywhere. They do a nice job with their professional grade vacuums making sure the dog hair disappears. I do find Molly Maid to be on the expensive side of cleaning services, but I’ve used other services that didn’t show up or would often reschedule. I think they are worth it!

I got your service for my Mom, BJ. She is a temperamental 90 year old who really enjoys her house being cleaned by Molly Maid. She now warns me to watch where I walk because she likes how the carpet is vacuumed! Thankyou for making Mom happy!

I arranged a meeting and received an estimate to clean my elderly mothers house. Cleaners arrived nearly two hours late for the initial clean. We were having a door replaced in the kitchen at that moment. The cleaners spoke to the worker installing the door and said they could not clean because they were working on the door. I was in the other room and not aware that they had arrived. I received a call from their office informing me they had to reschedule because there were "Workers in the house". I informed the office person that it was a door replacement and it was 10 minutes from competition. The cleaners could start a the other end of the house. I tried to locate the cleaners and talk to them as they had never actually came in the house. I walked outside and found them speeding down the driveway at a rapid rate of speed. I called the office and told them not to come back. The office staff and estimator were excellent to deal with. The cleaning team, not so much. They were clearly running late and making excuses as why they couldn't work. I'm not interested in working with people like that. Very disappointing.

We’ve used Molly Maid for years, always reliable and do a very nice job. Their communication is great, they’re flexible with scheduling, and the cleaning crews are pleasant, hard-working, and diligent. They are also pet-friendly and the jobs go well whether we’re home or not during the cleaning service. Thank you, Molly Maid!

Unfortunately I've never left a negative review like this before, but I was dealt with in such a rude manner that I thought I must respond. On Monday I called up and spoke to requesting a residential review of water drainage issues in my backyard. I was toldItold would receive a call within an hour or two from an estimator. I never received a call back and so I called back on Wednesday morning. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. And then called back about 5 minutes later and was connected to a gentleman there. He was very abrupt with me and told me they didn't do residential work at all! He then asked if I would like a reference to a residential company. I began my answer kindly telling him I've now lost 3 days with a weekend deadline only to find out that they couldn't even help me! His response was, "I'm not Dr. Phil, do you want a company name or not?" I was attempting then to lighten the conversation with a joke saying, "I didn't need phone therapy!! (HahaHHaha!) Well uphe promptly hung up!! No sense of humor there or kind response. I would have appreciated a call back on Monday so I could look elsewhere.

Staying in contact with the owner Mrs. Cruz was hard because she didn’t return text messages and she does not understand english well. They don’t negotiate on scheduling at all. The communication was really bad because of the language barrier.
