We’ve had a consistent team responsible for our home since November. They are conscientious and reliable. I work from home, so they work around me until I’m able to move to another area, so they can clean my office in the sunroom.

My Molly Maid pros are fantastic! They have seen me thru tidy times and flooded times. They never fail to leave my home in the best possible condition. Their little extras (they know) do not go unnoticed. Two weeks ago tuesday I had a very long day at work. I forgot it was clean day. Arrived home and walked into a dark house. The cleaners arrived on time and didn’t waste any time in getting to work. They cleaned our house for our move. They did a great job to make it look beautiful and fresh for our renters. Highly recommend Molly Maid!

Lilian and Norma have been cleaning my house for many years. They are excellent. They take care to make sure my house is clean and when we get home we feel our house is well taken care of. What I also like is that we have the same team come to our house so they get to know the house. They are also careful not to let the cats out so that is one less worry we have.

I had my first cleaning by Molly Maid of Central Anne Arundel County today and they were fantastic!!! The apartment looked amazing when they were finished -- they have a meticulous eye and attention to detail. I cannot say enough wonderful things (and a special thank you to Olga and Doris!!). The cleaning is always very thorough, and there's never been any problems with the extra instructions I've left. When I call to verify instructions (because I'm a spot paranoid sometimes!) they're always very friendly, and willing to go over everything until I'm satisfied that it's all in order. I have recommended them to friends already, so I'd be willing to do it again.

We have been using Molly Maid for over four (4) years now and there is absolutely no better cleaning service in the area! The team has consistently arrived as scheduled and goes out of their way to ensure our home is thoroughly cleaned. Molly Maid has always accommodated our needs during last minute schedule changes or even squeezing us in before a holiday or hosted event at our home.

Both the office and cleaning staff are friendly and very professional. We love supporting a locally owned business franchise and love consistently coming home to a sparkling, clean smelling house even more!

Two cleaning ladies did a fantastic job on our home. We were moving out and took advantage of the Move In/Out service. They spent close to 6 hours, the house never looked so good. Highly recommend.

We have worked with Molly Maid for the last several months. Over the winter my husband deployed to Afghanistan. We have five children, ages 10 months to 11 years. Three of our children have special needs that require frequent doctor and therapy appointments. Molly Maid stepped in during the deployment to support our household needs. Through the difficult winter they arrived on time and on schedule, never skipping even a single visit despite snow and ice shutting down other businesses.

The work Molly Maid has done in our home has been thorough, focused, and detailed. After they have visited the house smells and looks wonderful! The faucets shine and the toilet paper is neatly folded. If we are home during the cleaning visit, Molly Maid professionals are considerate of my children and have a friendly attitude. Mr. Reilly, the franchise manager, has offered outstanding customer service ensuring our home cleaning needs are met in a consistent and timely manner.

I highly recommend Molly Maid both for their outstanding cleaning efficiency and for their fantastic customer service. Molly Maid remains our first choice for our cleaning needs.

They were friendly and very professional. What amazed me is that they got out stains on the bathroom sink and tub that I thought were permanent! Nice work!

Nancy and Patricia (Team 7) have been servicing my home for several years now. They are very efficient, trustworthy and provide expert cleaning every time. I have never been disappointed with their service. My house looks wonderful after every cleaning. I highly recommend them!

Used them for a total of 4 cleanings. 1 of those monthly cleanings was by an excellent crew who did exactly what was advertised. One crew did a terrible job twice and had to come back again after completing a job to finish what they didn’t do. They came with minimal cleaning products, no mop, and would “spot clean” the floor with a swifter. They didn’t dust, clean baseboards, and even with someone “checking their work” there was still significant amount of things not done. The other crew barely cleaned the tub and missed dusting and also did not clean the baseboards. I would not recommend this company unless you get lucky to get the good crew.

The Molly wowen were early,cleaned beautifully,were professional and asked questions as they cleaned.They exceeded my expectations and I heartily endorse Molly Maid and their service.

The ladies were on time, so pleasant and did a great job. They wore their masks the entire time, and we really appreciated it because we are high risk. They did such a good job that I will be ordering a deep cleaning as a gift for my in-laws and my father ( who is ill right now). We will definitely be using them again at our own home.

Nice staff but I literally had to do additional cleaning once they left and I noticed dust still everywhere, on furniture, floors, etc. They basically rushed and performed the bare minimum. Not worth the high cost. You can hire self employed cleaners for less than half the cost! Probably would do a better job too…

The team pays attention to every detail and the company is a pleasure to work with. We have used other services for years, but Molly Maid is the gold standard!

Tried this group based on a neighbor using them. They advertise an impressive list of things cleaned on each visit ( they cleaned 4-5x) but they performed the BARE necessities on each cleaning. Still dust, marks on the walls. I already ended up cleaning again. I brought it to the supervisors (Jackie) attention many times and to her credit she is very responsive, but the actual cleaning services were done quickly but too few people.The last straw was that they did not even go to the third floor and clean on the last visit - I only noticed b/c we have company coming and the bathrooms were not cleaned bed not made, no cleaning whatsoever. But charged the fully price.

Molly Maid came in and cleaned up my disaster of a home. I’ve been struggling hard with depression lately and it’s been difficult to try and keep up with household chores. Finally gathered the courage to call and make an appointment. So pleased with their work! Looking forward to the bi monthly assistance.
