We have used Mago Vista for several years, each year we seem to add something else for them to do. We recommend them highly. Good work for a very fair price.

These guys do amazing work and their prices are competitive. They took down 4 trees for us and did stump removal. Their work was better than perfect. I highly recommend them to help with landscaping.

Mago Vista has been doing our Landscaping work for over 15 years. No-one can match their superb clean-ups! Meticulous removal of extra plants/bushes/debri. Does work on our steep hill trimming bushes & overgrown vegetation. Great transplanting of bushes. Excellent preparation & planting of new trees. They've done 2 gorgeous Paver stone pathways for us, front & back. Very knowledgeable about trees & branch removal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great family business.

This a wonderful family business. They have been around for over 20 years. They do excellent work including clean up. Isabel is a master at tree trimming and able to keep them and those them safe. He does much work in Wardour where many of the trees are very old and very big. I don't think you will be disappointed in this well priced, reliable business.

I hired Mago Vista to do a fall clean up that included leaves, gutters, and bush trimming. They were very responsive and were able to come out the same day I called to provide a quote. They provided a reasonable quote for the work that I accepted. They put me on their schedule a few days later. They came the day they had me scheduled and were able to complete the job in one day. I am very pleased with the work and ease of doing business. I will be using them again.

We've hired Mago Vista Landscaping twice and will have them back again. They are very responsive, provided estimates quickly and did the work as promised. The first job was stump removal. When they were done there was no trace that the tree (16 inch diameter) had been there - the job was complicated by our cable line running next to the root ball. The second job was spring clean up and mulching. We've hired a few landscapers to do this work in the past and MVL was the best. I look forward to working with them again!

Upon contacting Landscaping and Stoneworks by Design the person receiving my phone inquiry was rude, dismisive and unprofessional. I became aware of the company because of viewing the name of the business from a advertisement on a vehicle working my neighborhood. Because I reside in a area near the Woodmoore development neighborhood in Maryland, he refused to provide services by suggesting I call another company. Hummm!!! I wonder why.

Gary, the foreman and crew were very professional. Tackling a hard rebuild of a patio that had incorrect drainage. With all the unknown beneath, they came up with solutions on the spot. Gary was at the site every day to make sure things were going smoothly. Highly recommend.

Gary and his crew did a terrific job on my patio in Crofton. Gary explained everything that they were doing and why he suggested certain products. They are very particular when it comes to getting things right. I had all the drainage from the downspouts and the a/c coming to one drain and the pavers are beautiful. Such concern for the customer (me) as well throughout the process. Highly recommend and would use the company again.

Gary (and Raul) were great. After searching for someone to actually show up , assess the project, send estimate (no easy task!) - Gary fit the job in and made great recommendations. And, got the job done well and quickly.

Gary took the time to help us feel comfortable with the project. At times, he was even more excited than us! We could tell right away that he genuinely cared about the project and had a very high standard of work. From there Gary, Raul and the team executed the plan perfectly and the project turned out better than we could have ever hoped.

We are totally pleased with the work done by Gary and his crew. They put in a new cement driveway for us and pavers on our walk way. Gary knows his product inside and out and was able to assist us in finding the colors that look best on our property. We took samples home so that we could see what the product would look like and he patiently answered all of our questions. He treats every job like he was working on his own home. His crew is also great. We can't say enough about them and several neighbors have already complimented us on our new driveway and pavers.

Gary and his crew completed a structure for a playset that we had installed in our backyard. We were thrilled how it turned out! Gary was so professional every step of the way, and his crew was prompt and respectful. We appreciated Gary's transparency in cost and estimated time frame and were really happy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I could not be more pleased with the final result of my walkway restoration project, which was reasonably priced and flawlessly executed. Mr. James guided the project effectively through every stage of its planning and execution and was personally present to oversee every stage of the project, offering sound advice and suggestions every step of the way. The three-man crew worked efficiently with exceptional attention to detail from start to site clean-up. No small share of the success of the project was due to the leadershp of the crew leader, Armando, a skilled craftsmen with an engineer's eye for construction detail.

We had some definite ideas about what we wanted for our patio and walkway. When we interviewed other landscapers they seemed perfectly willing to execute exactly what we asked for, and they likely would have. Gary James of Landscaping by Design offered a “what if you did this instead” before we even signed on the dotted line. He was genuinely excited about our project and his engagement in every detail continued through its completion. He has a gift for envisioning the completed project and his experienced and dedicated crew has the skill to execute it. We’re glad we listened to him rather than going our own way. The attention to detail did not cost us extra either. LBD was by no means the highest bidder. We were quite happy with the quality of the workmanship.

Gary and his team are exceptional from start to finish. To date, he has completed two projects for me (phase 1 & 2 of 3) and both were finished extremely quickly, on budget or below, and with stellar craftsmanship. From the very beginning of each project he guided me through what my vision was and the best ways to complete it for long term use and visual appreciation. His crew works extremely efficiently and are very polite and courteous to me and my neighbors during their work. I recommend Gary, and Landscape By Design often and will ALWAYS be a repeat customer

The guys did a beautiful job on my project and Gary was involved from start to finish, keeping me informed of any changes we might want to make. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great pricing, they were below a couple of other estimates yet the work is top notch. Thanks so much for the enjoyment we will get from our new outdoor space!
