Awesome guys came over on time and were very communicative. Initial diagnosis called for a part to be installed, however once they went to install the new part they found it wasn’t needed and didn’t charge me for the part or the second day they needed to come to install.

Integrity matters. This was a tricky fix that was expertly diagnosed and solved, despite some challenges with parts manufacturer. Working well with his supplier, Eric solved all of the issues.

Absolutely recommend Eric. Had family coming in and an emergency repair I needed done. He got my information, new the make and model, got the parts and repaired it the same day! He did not gouge me in the least. I will call him again for sure.

Technician was very courteous and fixed the issue. He promised to follow up with the appropriate information for additional parts. The appointment time was missed by 45minutes. Minus 1 star due to the lateness of the appointment but otherwise it was a great experience.

Called this morning. He was in the neighborhood already and offered to come over right away. Repair done in less than 30 minutes ! And he was cheerful and friendly, too! Amazing customer service !

Texted Eric to request service for our 9 yr old squeaky Samsung Dryer.

Once he heard the noise he quickly went to work dismantling the dryer and replaced 2 parts.

All done in about an hour and a fair price for parts and labor along the quick repair!

Eric is extremely talented and incredibly competent. He fixed a broken oven and dishwasher within 15 minutes. These had been broken for years, and he resolved the problem almost immediately. His prices are fair and work is immaculate. Hire him immediately.

Called at 8 am- Erik was happy to squeeze us into his schedule- showed up on time very responsive to my texts - and was professional and a pleasure to work with- he diagnosed our washing machines problem within minutes and gave us an estimate- he also discussed our options regarding repair vs replacement and he recommended replacement which was only slightly more costly that repair- which meant he wouldn’t do the repair so an honest recommendation as it means he lost the business of doing the actual repair- but that’s the kind of repair man you want! So happy that I called this company 10/10 would recommend! Also appreciate the dry sarcasm and jokes! Lightens the mood when adulting absolutely sucks! Thank you Erik! 😊

I’ve had them come out twice over the years for my dryer. They are very easy to schedule, they communicate well with reminders and on the way text messages. Appointments are always quick and they’re able to solve the issue. The first time I had an issue I tried to fix it myself, but had to call in All Star to finish the job. He let me watch and showed me where I went wrong. Highly recommend!!!

Literally the best team of people ever. From the intake phone call to the actual appointment, they were swift, prompt and efficient. While they could not fix my fridge, the tech, Eric, did everything he could to not only inform me of the problem but teach me about different replacement options, offer sound advice and even listened to my fears and my woes. I felt like I was heard and even walked away learning something! Truly truly truly cannot recommend them enough!!!

I highly recommend All-Star Appliance and will probably always choose them for later repairs at our home! Eric, our technician, was prompt, kind, and very considerate! Eric was very honest with his diagnosis of our refrigerator and even informed us that the part he suspected needed to be replaced was under warranty and directed us to Whirlpool for the repair. Whirlpool sent out a technician who advised that it was likely the same issue Eric suggested, but then refused to replace it until I first replaced another part which was not under warranty. I immediately called Eric again due to his honesty and asked him to replace the part that was not under warranty and he was able to quickly schedule me in to replace the part. Although the part whirlpool made me replace before replacing the compressor did not fix the issue, I can’t thank Eric enough for his considerate approach to the situation. It is extremely difficult to come across honesty in the repair world and I can’t recommend Eric and All-Star Appliance enough. Thank you so much! You’ve gained my trust in the company and a customer for life!

Highly recommend All-Star Appliance Repair! They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrived when they said they would and were efficient and thorough with the dryer repair. They were great with our dog too...who is still working on his manners :)
