Great fast service of our oven that was taking for ever to light. Got an appointment within one day, and it was fixed in no time. Couldn't have asked for better service and would highly recommend All-Star if you need anything repaired. I was totally ready to have to buy a new oven, and I definitely saved a couple of grand by having All-Star come out and repair it with confidence.

Eric is truly incredible. I have had him help me troubleshoot via photo and video which saves the cost of him coming out in a call unless absolutely necessary. He’s fixed my appliances quickly and effectively saving me a lot of money. He is very swift to respond and knowledgeable.

Eric was fantastic! He came out the same day I called, while other companies told me I’d have to wait a week or more. He arrived right on time and didn’t keep us waiting. He was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue all in one day and didn’t beat around the bush — just got straight to the point. Mr.Eric was amazing. He came in and repaired both our washing machine and sink disposal in literally 5 minutes. We were genuinely shocked by how fast and efficient he was. We were told the part to repair our dishwasher was $435.00. I went online and ordered it for $37.00. I would not recommend Sears Appliance Repair. Find an honest repair service.

The technician was great. The communication from customer service about when he would arrive was atrocious. Couldn’t have been worse. I later noticed that the tracking app allowed me to track his arrival time, but I was not informed there this is a feature. It’s actually a great feature, but no one communicated with me regarding its availability.

Mr John was freaking amazing! He answered all of my questions explained the ins and outs of what he was seeing, hearing and checking for. Gave me some tips on what to look and listen for. I mean great service.
