I called with questions and they were very knowledgeable, professional and cared about getting me the best answer to my appliance question. I know others that have used their services as well and they do quality work and always look out for their customer! I highly recommend!

Repair tech arrived to diagnosis the problem and take the service call fee however, I cannot get him to return to finish the job. He has cancelled on us 3 times now. Will not answer the phone and will only text and does not respond for several hours. Beware this man is a fraud!

Beware! They will rip you off if they sense an opportunity. When I called them about this, the woman fed me a lot of lies, became very defensive and then hung up on me!

You would be best served by calling one of the many reputable companies in the area that do the same kind of work. This company is horribly dishonest.

The tech was very knowledgeable about my Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, quickly identified the problems (there were two different problems) and quickly corrected them. I was impressed, especially because a general appliance repair person had tried and failed to fix the same problems. Yes - when owning high-end equipment one needs to bring in people with the necessary expertise.

I will tell you, I'm glad there are professionals to repair Siub Zero appliances, but put your big boy pants on. The repair man was familiar with my freezer, it cooled, but there was a humming noise I was concerned about. he said it was the internal fan. replaced it and checked my fridge to verify it was in good shape. was in the house for 43 minutes, labor cost $326. so at $455/hour, they better be good.

Their employee ' s personal database is great ; so even if you call up with a digit off of make,model #, serial # they will of pulled the CORRECT part for you ! If you work for a related field (Master Plumber License) you can get your discount too. Excellent Js

Wow! Fantastic experience and had to leave a review. My Subzero refrigerator went up at the worst time and Associated Appliance came right out, repaired it and got me up and running the same day. So thankful!
