Was in search of a washing machine repair company, I was in the Randallstown area saw the sign for this company gave them a call, the receptionist was friendly and professional, stated my issue was told they have to look at my machine the repair men was courteous friendly and professional and on time, the repair was done, do I recommend them? Yes I do

My A/C unit blew over the weekend. I called them this morning around 8AM. They called me back promptly. I had 2 techs here at 12PM. They had everything fixed by 1:15PM! WOW!

They came out and fixed my dishwasher. They were super friendly and very professional. I would certainly recommend them to everyone. Their prices were great as well.

Tech crew arrived on time to repair dryer. Noticed a couple of other issues to which they addressed. Steve and Ken worked to ensure everything was functioning at optimum level. Would call again.

Outstanding service. Oven element went out on a Friday. Techs were out within an hour and had to order the part. Received call on Monday AM and within an hour they came with the ordered part and completed repair. Wish the cable folks were as efficient!

We have an older model washing machine and it developed a problem. I was able to call, schedule an appointment and they showed up when expected, dealt with the issue, all at a reasonable price. I could not have been happier with the service, and highly recommend this company.

The freezer portion of my GE refrigeration froze up this morning. I called Crown at 7:15 am spoke with the owner. It was scheduled for same day service. The repair person(s) arrived exactly when it was scheduled. They were very efficient but most importantly HONEST making suggestions to keep the repair cost down now and in the future.
This is the first time I used their service and recommend them very highly.

Called them to look at our 35 year old Maytag washer that was leaking. They came out when they said they would and quickly determined that the washer was beyond repairs. Asked them about a comparable new washer, they laughed and said none. They did recommend Speed Queen as the best available today, that's what we bought.

My washer broke and I was able to schedule Crown to come out in tw o days. It is 15 years old and a great washer but I was afraid parts would be difficult. They came out right on time, had the part on their truck, completed the repair in about 20 minutes and also noticed that my dryer hose was completely ripped and too long for the spot it was in. They repaired that very quickly as well. Two very nice and very capable repairmen and a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Delivery: In and out within an hour.

Says they do HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES. They do not. Was on hold for 22 minutes and the person cut me off and said they don’t do residential repairs. Wasted my time.

These guys are ripping off the clients spent less than 15 minutes on a service call charged my credit card $447.00 be aware before any of you call for service, to talk to these guys you spend more 30 minutes on hold.

CJ was the most considerate and thoughtful person. He did not have a part he needed on his truck, but could get the part from a fellow technician, came back and completed the job. Our washer is an older model, he honestly told us to have it fixed as long as there are parts available—they don’t make washers like they used to. I would recommend CJ anytime. Definitely an honest person you can depend on.

After having several different appliance repair groups scratch their heads about why our icemaker kept failing, we called Landers. Scheduling was pleasant and at our convenience. They then did their usual careful analysis, discovered the problem, and helped us get the problem permanently fixed with the manufacturer.
