I wanted to say I was very pleased with the Tech Dante. He diagnosed the problem on his first visit but had to order the required part. He installed the part which turned out to be faulty. He ordered another part an installed it. It appears to be closing the door now and sealing correctly. Dante did not want to quit until he solved and corrected my problem. Landers is a great company for repairing appliances.

Both tech and his apprentice were very professionals friendly. They worked on my fridge and oven. The tech was very knowledgeable and apparently a good teacher too. They advised me well and did a good job cleaning up too.

I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. George fixed our clogged refrigerator/freezer drain quickly after I struggled to figure out how to do it on my own for days. His expertise was well worth the money! Thank you!

Landers was responsive to make the initial appointment and to come back quickly for parts and repairs after diagnosis. Happy that my stove issue was diagnosed properly and fixed quickly. Landers has done an excellent job on broken appliances in the past. They will be my “go to” for appliance repairs.

My washing machine had been mysteriously leaking water, even after turning off all water to the machine and unplugging it. Lander's booked my apptmt. for their earliest apptmt. in my area. Their serviceman, Chris, was polite, thorough and cleaned up after himself. I am so glad I was referred to Lander's. They fixed my problem and waranteed it too!

Our GE washing machine suddenly stopped draining and spinning. I called Landers based on the Google reviews, and they did not disappoint. Sean diagnosed the problem, and swiftly returned with the replacement part (it had to be ordered) that fixed our washing machine. I also had great response when I called them.

On a side note, and unrelated to Landers' superb performance, I will never buy GE appliances again! This is an expensive washer (model GFW850SPN4RS) and matching GE dryer that has never worked as well as our previous 20-year old Kenmore appliances. The washing machine has so many options that it we had to put the manual on top of the washer so we can refer to it whenever the machine beeps or the lights blink. The dryer also has many settings. Unfortunately, only one of them completely dries a full load of clothes, and that's the simple, manual setting of 'Timed Dry', full heat and 90 minutes. We spent way too much money on "features" that we never use.

Bottom line:
Appliance problems -> call Landers!
Purchase decisions -> avoid GE!

Landers scheduled us during the busy holidays, booked out for the week. Our Landers Tech came this morning and reported a bad computer board not communicating with the compressor. The board is more expensive than the fridge to replace. It was a quick diagnosis once he arrived, disappointing news but trusted reliable services at the same time. We are replacing the 13 year old fridge. We would definitely use Landers again.

Came out, got straight to the point and handled the job. Clear on price point and didnt try to switch things up. Timely, quick, and efficient too. Worked on my dryer that is like 80 years old and saved her for a few more spins till shes officially out of commission. Thanks yall!

Scheduled service for 12/29/2025. Excellent communications from Landers confirming visit. Service tech Malcolm arrived on time, was courteous and very professional. Unfortunately Landers was unable to repair our 35 year old range because parts are no longer available. Landers waved their service fee. Highly recommend and will use again.

This is our second experience with Landers. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the company. We find the technicians who have serviced us prompt, professional, and personable. We plan to continue with Landers for future appliance repairs and heartily recommend their service.

Landers Appliance was able to work us in the Monday before Thanksgiving when our oven went bad.

Robert, the technician, was very knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to track down a part that would otherwise not be available in time for Thanksgiving.

I highly recommend and we will definitely turn to them again if we need appliance repair.

We had a dryer issue that made it sound like it was going to explode every time we turned it on. Robert came with kindness and confidence, and once he said hello to all of my dogs who love to ‘help’, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. He was in and out quickly and left the dryer seemingly good as new! I would recommend him to the moon and back!

Landers was easy to schedule online had lots of availability. The technician was very efficient. He was able to diagnose and fix our fridge leak within 20 minutes. It’s been a couple weeks and we have had no issues since the repair. It was expensive but I think in line with other appliance repair companies. I would definitely use their services again.

Malcolm was professional, and polite. Malcolm checked several possible causes of our issue and decided the oven is working as it should. Lender's service has been around for decades...they were good decades ago, and they are good today!!

We live in a townhouse, and our washer and dryer combo is on the third floor. Extremely tight space! Malcolm removed the washer and dryer with ease and fixed our leaky drain hose, no problem. No damage at all. Wonderful technician.

Really liked our technition; very knowledgeable. Was able to fix dryer on sight. Freezer icemaker not working, but when he told us the appliance was 16 years old, we decided not to fix it. Would absolutely call them again

I had CJ very polite, very knowledgeable, bound and determined to find out what the problem was and he did very pleased with him. He’s got a big future ahead of him because he’s a young man and that’s what they need. A lot of young people to keep business is running. Chris was very knowledgeable and very efficient. He was polite and did a nice job of explaining the issue with our ice maker. He replaced it and it is working well now.

Repair tech was knowledgeable and courteous. Explained each step he was doing and why. Repair was performed in a timely fashion. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Landers for your repair needs!

Appointment was very quick to get. Technician showed up on time. Quickly identified the problem and fixed our issue. The combination of the service call fee + a labor fee seemed high though.

Very accommodating. Set my appointment for the following day ordered the part and came to fix my dryer. A little pricey, but very satisfied with the job Chris did.
