Repair person was professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He identified why my dryer was not heating up, ordered the part, and completed the repair quickly.

I called S.T.A.R services yesterday to repair my dryer after a power surge. I have used Steven in the past to fix appliances in my home and at my office. Five stars are not enough! He came out the same day that I called and he fixed the issue immediately. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy. He’s the only appliance guy I would call at this point!

Contacted STAR Services for my freezer repair. They were able to provide next day service which is unheard of these days. The technician was on time and friendly. The issue with the unit was diagnosed then resolved quickly. Great service, highly recommend them future appliance repairs.

Do not use this company. A bunch of incompetents who will not do the work and charge you anyway

Maurice quickly and correctly diagnosed our washing machine motherboard issue. He drove to get the parts for us and fixed it within a day. He was amazing!

We had a terrible time with them . They took $200 to order a part. The part did not come. They won't give us our money back

My dryer died; Maurice made a big extra effort to repair it the right way AND got it done very quickly despite the holidays complicating the matter. He also made sure my duct was clear before leaving. Thank you for being awesome.

Stan is fantastic. My first time using his services was this month, having my old top loading Kenmore washing machine repaired in Baltimore City. He replaced the timer. A couple days went by and that didn't quite do the trick, as it also needed a new latch switch (he determined). He returned with the new latch switch a few days later and did NOT charge me for the installation nor the part for the 2nd install. Machine is working great. Hard to find honest repairs these days. Stan definitely has integrity, and is very responsive and friendly to boot. I highly recommend his services.

I cannot say enough good things about Stan. Our dryer stopped working and we did not know who to call so we went on NextDoor and got Stan's name and I am glad we did. He was able to come the same day we reached out and was timely, professional, and trustworthy. He was able to fix our issue on his initial visit and even checked to make sure the rest of the system was functioning properly. He works on many different household appliances and I would recommend contacting him for any issue you may have.

do yourself a favor and save the headache with this person. call Front door, the charge $79 and will give you a thorough diagnosis of your appliance. This guy, Stan is a joke and will hose you around. my story is too long to explain, just beware and call a reputable repair company. Was told he would refund my $175 sevice call and never received. I will update if he makes good on what said. very disappointing.

Stan came out same day, figured out issue and was back with new parts 2 weeks later. Great service, very friendly and explains everything. I plan to use him again.

Stan was scheduled to come out between 5-7 pm. I had to text him at 720 and ask if he was coming out. He texted back 8-830 he be out. 850 he finally showed up at my house. He never communicated anything with me. Didn’t even apologize for being late. I told him he should take something off price for keeping me waiting all night.
