They did an amazing job in my house! Very punctual, very professional. I was at such ease leaving my house in their hands. The BES team is literally at my house right now, doing a pretty massive air duct cleaning and clean up of our HVAC unit. This is the second time I've worked with them; the first time being for rug cleaning. They are prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and of course, provide quality work. Katelynn is awesome, as are the rest of the team. Would highly recommend them!

Our carpets were a mess and Breathe Easy did a fantastic job. But more importantly, their technician was incredibly thoughtful and easy to work with. He didn't spend his time trying to convince me we needed 15 other chemicals to make it better and I appreciated that. Great company! Great people.

BES cleaned our dryer vent which majorly improved drying time. My clothes used to take over an hour to dry and now they are dry in 30 minutes. The team was polite and efficient and the estimate was accurate. I will definitely use BES again.

If anyone is looking to have their dryer vents and/or air ducts cleaned, I highly recommend Breathe Easy Solutions. I had them come out the beginning of April to have both cleaned. The guys who came out were very professional and explained what they were doing through the whole process. After they left, we tried to use our dryer, but the dryer wasn’t drying clothes. Rebecca and Rocky (the owners) came out themselves to see what the issue was. Turns out, I have close to 50 feet of dryer vent with several 90 degree angles (not regulation)! They had to crawl under my house and take apart the dryer vent pieces to clean around the 90 degree angles. It was a VERY difficult job and they were wonderful through the whole process. I really appreciate their work ethic, they could have said there was nothing they could do but they got in there and got the job done. My dryer hasn’t worked this well in years! I’m having them come back out to re-route my dryer vent so I don't have to go through this again. Again, highly recommend!!!

I don't want to leave a bad review for a service I didn't use, but do feel I was misled here.

BES asked for a $150 deposit to provide an estimate on remediation and floor installation. The paid estimate was 1) late 2) double what we had discussed on the phone and 3) did not adequately address my needs. They really lost my trust here.

Despite my dissatisfaction, they were happy to cash my deposit check. Lesson learned. Be wary and don't blindly trust reviews!!

We needed our dryer vents cleaned as we know one of the number one causes of fire are clogged dryer vents. We chose to use "Breathe Easy Solutions" we are so glad we did. The customer service was excellent! They were very efficient and thorough, as Caitlyn was cleaning the vents inside and out I could see all of the lint and debris coming out, it was very good to know that our dryer vents were thoroughly cleaned. We could Breathe Easy pun intended. They came and gave us a free estimate and the prices were the cheapest around they beat the other competitors prices and did an excellent job as well. We liked them so much that we scheduled to have all of our vents and air ducts cleaned as well. We are very happy with his company and will be using them again for future services. Kudos!

Noah at Breathe Easy did a great job. I assumed getting your ducts cleaned would be a fairly straightforward process. It would have been if the previous owners hadn't cemented the register covers to the ceiling. Noah figured out how to deal with this uncommon problem and managed to get the job done in an efficient and timely manner. Highly recommend.

I recently used Breath Easy Solutions by recommendations of a dear friend and contractor for my dryer vent cleaning. They arrived and started to clean. I had not had the vent cleaned since I moved in and purchased the house in 2014. During cleaning they identified an issue...the vent was disconnected. They had to cut into the ceiling to find out where it was disconnected but while having to they did it as minimally invasive as possible. They provided a fix the same day while finishing the cleaning of the vent. They and I talked and decided on an agreeable date for them to come out and fix the drywall. They fixed the drywall and allowed me to paint and they also installed an access panel in case we have to get back in the attic again. I plan on calling them again at the end of the year to come back and do another cleaning. I saw the amount of lint that came out of the ducts. They were very professional and were willing to answer all question about what was happening and what any issues they encountered. Their prices were very reasonable. Thank you!

Hired based on their positive reviews in neighborhood groups. Last duct cleaning was 3 years prior with another company. Picked the company based on positive reviews and good price for a row home. No surprises with the bill ( unlike our experience with other companies)The technician Noah was very informative. He answered my husbands questions and gave us peace of mind.
