I can’t say enough good things about Complete Renovation Services. They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home remodeling. I was absolutely clueless on where to begin (and very nervous), but the team was organized and professional, and I was comfortable leaving my full home remodel in their hands. They were on time daily and took the time to make things exactly how I wanted. They rewired my entire home, re-sheetrocked, did a full kitchen gut and remodel, among many other things. They care about the work that they do, and it shows. Can’t thank you enough!

I hired Complete Renovation Services for a major primary bathroom remodel. Andrew was very helpful and responsive, providing thoughtful design suggestions throughout the entire process. The team were very professional and took pride in their work. In the few instances I expressed concern with something (as I have very high standards), they ensured it was redone to my level of satisfaction. I was so impressed with their drywall work that I hired them to repair drywall throughout the rest of my home.

I work with a lot of contractors and really, you don’t share good contractors when you find one because they’re so rare. But I wouldn’t be able to sleep not sharing my positive review. He’s done several jobs with us from fixing a doorknob to fixing entire rooms. Did a gorgeous job on a deck (pic below). Let alone he’s someone I trust, with the invoicing and with the house keys. With regret, I share 5 star, thumbs up… just don’t book up all his time…

We had a wonderful experience with One Source. We bought an historic home in Baltimore, which needed a full renovation, including a new kitchen, installing a new bathroom in a closet space, updating other bathrooms and renovating virtually all other spaces. From day one, they assisted in seeing the vision of what the house could become. They connected us with an amazing designer and then worked closely with us early on to lay out the full plan, with time frames and a detailed budget, to ensure alignment of expectations. And, during the project they kept us informed, were very transparent as to necessary change orders, and were always responsive to any and all questions and concerns we had all along the way. Creative, honorable and hard working. Having to find all three of those characteristics in a company (let alone a contractor) is quite difficult. When it came time to relocate my company to a larger space, I did a great deal of interviewing and research of contracting companies because I wanted the project done to perfection. One Source Contracting came with an impeccable reputation and, upon hiring them, didn't disappoint. If you have an idea, they'll make it better. If you have a deadline, they will work overtime if necessary to honor their word. Lastly, they aren't done until you're completely happy. Honestly, I changed my mind multiple times after work had already been completed and each time they were obligingly receptive with a "no problem" attitude. I have hired my fair share of contracting and construction companies in the past, however One Source will be the only call I make in the future.

I hired One Source to inspect a number of complicated jobs around my historic home and was extremely pleased with the level of attention Todd paid to the details of each job and the easy time I had communicating with him. I'm a professional engineer and have been frustrated in the past when trying to explain what I need and especially when it seemed like nobody would listen to my vision. Not only did Todd listen, but I felt like he wanted to do right for me and my house, and he offered up a number of solutions for each job. Todd also promptly turned around some large cost estimates and associated paperwork. I would happily work with One Source again in the future!

We have used One Source repeatedly over the past 5 years since our move to Maryland. They've redone our kitchen, finished the basement, built a deck and and remodeled many other areas of our home. We like their positive attitude, and attention to detail.
