We bought an historic home in Baltimore, which needed a full renovation, including a new kitchen, installing a new bathroom in a closet space, updating other bathrooms and renovating virtually all other spaces. From day one, they assisted in seeing the vision of what the house could become. They connected us with an amazing designer and then worked closely with us early on to lay out the full plan, with time frames and a detailed budget, to ensure alignment of expectations. And, during the project they kept us informed, were very transparent as to necessary change orders, and were always responsive to any and all questions and concerns we had all along the way. The staff at One Source are very talented. . . from Todd to JT to Larry, Henry, Eric and Ericka and Bailey. From beginning to end, we knew we were in the hands of an incredibly competent team, working together to ensure the highest quality of results.
