I had a large deconstruction project and needed several dumpsters for trash and for recycling. BRC brought me what I needed and kept them swapped out daily so my project kept running smoothly and on time. They were able to pick up and bring new dumpsters within about 45 minutes of a phone call. Jay in dispatch was a huge help. Thank you for putting up with our demands. I will definitely use BRC again and again. They were also less expensive than the others I had called in town.

Hello. I would never use this company for anything. They don’t respect, peoples items or belongings or anything. I was following one of their rolloff trucks and something came off There truck and damaged my vehicle. Called them four different times and got the go around that they’re not responsible for it. I guess next time I’ll call the cops and get them to fine them for debris flying off their trucks.

They were a bit of a jerk They charged over $100 to pick up a Christmas tree and then refused to also take a few dead tree branches A big rip off

The team was on time, actually a few minutes early. They were courteous, worked quickly, strategizing on the best way to manage getting as much on the truck as possible. I highly recommend.

First guy came started project then left never to return didn't have enough time to finish

Second guy was promised to be here ar 9 arrived at 12:30 left at 5:30

They were on time and did what they said. The crew was very nice and they worked hard.

Omar was the lead person on the job & he had Javier with him. They were both very respectful, good communicators, contacted me w/ notice ahead of arrival time, cleaned up well, taking away what I didn’t need, leaving behind parts I may need later, AND explaining & showing me everything they did.
They were both patient. I am disabled & have special needs. They were accommodating of of my needs & questions. Thank you!

We agreed for their team to help unload two shipping containers. They then went slow on the first container and used up all the hours I paid for. They did not keep their end of the deal. Be careful if you use them to move your house. They might move half of your belongings then tell you that you need to pay again if you want the other half moved as well. They estimated the job and told me they could handle it the changed their mind. Customer service has been no help, every 3 hours I get a text from a new person asking how their service was. After I explain what happened I get no response.

What an excellent service. Two men showed up on time and efficiently loaded up the furniture we wanted to be either donated or recycled. This significantly reduces the stress of moving out. None of the charities could come and take the furniture directly — or only if it was curbside. We could not move it ourselves.

I LOVE LOADUP!!! I hired helpers for an hour of heavy lifting furniture and totes and moving them to different rooms in my house, up and down stairs. They did everything I asked, and then some, all with a great attitude and a smile. They were respectful, fast, and hard working. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!! I am a very happy customer!!
