The two movers arrived within the suggested time frame, called me to announce their arrival, and were very respectful and careful as they entered my home. They got my two dressers out of my 2nd floor bedroom quickly and without any problems or damage to my home. I was really pleased with the process and happy that I used this service. I will recommend.

If I could rate at 0, I would. When I booked online I could only enter 4’ large containers of paint-10 gallon each. I could not enter that there were more smaller containers. I texted them informing there were more containers. I sent a photo. The original quote was not changed. The pick up person arrived and said there were be additional charges . She called
Their customer service and I was told the cost would go from 185.00 to over 300.00. And, if I cancelled, , there would be a charge. The person who picked up said this happens a lot. She was willing to take the additional cans of I gave her a, Tip, a I did.

Needed help getting a really big couch from the 2nd floor down to the basement - really tight spaces. Our loaders were incredible...quick and not at single mark on any walls. Couldn't believe it. 10/10 - will use them again!

The crew showed up 6 hours late yesterday in a short box half ton pickup to clear out a one bedroom apartment they said they were not informed how much stuff there was and how far away it was. I believe none 0f this afternoon today. They did not finish the job yesterday so we arranged to meet at 2-3 today. They showed up at 3:30 in the same half ton pickup this time hauling a discarded treadmill in the back. They started loading as I once again showed them what needed to be taken. I was up in the apartment for approximately 15 minutes while they ran a liar down to the truck. I thought they had been gone for awhile so I went down to the parking lot and they were gone. I will be requesting a full refund of my money. This 9s the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is a photo of stuff that was contracted that I had to remove myself. I regret doing business with your organization

Communication was excellent at and after booking. Morning of- just as promised Loader (Greg) arrived on time, directly texted arrival, then moved briakly to make it happen. Friendly, professional and efficient. Then off to Habitat (Re)Store it all went. Fantastic service!

Considering I had to help load the mattress, and the driver wasn't fully familiar with how his vehicle worked with the attached trailer, it was overpriced.

Easy way to get unwanted furniture out of your house. The online form tells your exactly how much the job will be and they have next day service. They will come into your house on any level and they deliver to a charity of your choice. A+

I had a couple old AC units, a lawnmower, and some other things to recycle. I contacted LoadUp yesterday, sent pictures of what I wanted them to take, got a fair quote, and got my stuff picked up today. Quick and easy, one big thing off my plate. Thanks guys!

Scheduling was easy, communication with driver was good. The only thing I wish was that the pickup window would be tighter, but the diver called and coordinated with me, which was great!

The guys who came were kind, efficient, and respectful of my house and needs. I only give 4 stars bc we were told we could book a morning slot and they weren't actually sent to us until 5:15pm.

Thaddeus was very prompt, friendly, and efficient. The old mattress was gone and the new one set up in almost no time.

I was also very happy that the old (clean) mattress would go to a shelter rather than a landfill, and the copious plastic wrapping would be recycled.

This was probably one of the easiest and efficient ways to remove unwanted items. The customer interface was easy and customer SERVICE was responsive and exceptional!! If only EVERY service was like this! I would advise you are VERY clear about what items are being removed so there is no surprise when the driver comes. They even accept pictures.
