Booking the service was easy and very transparent. Unlike their major competitor, you can specify in advance what you need removed and the price is based on that ... no surprises, and much less expensive than said competitor. The driver and helper were very friendly, careful, and efficient. I'll definitely use their service again when we need more junk hauled away.

LoadUp also moves things and puts together new beds! And then they removed the old one. Our worker was clean, smart, efficient, in and out, and tidy.

Used LoadUp moving company. Team leader was Jason. Men were very efficient , friendly, polite , yet professional. All my experience with company from schedulers George & Dereck to the move itself was wonderfully easy. Was kept informed of time schedule every step along the way. . Would highly recommend them & would definitely use them again if needed.

Easy experience for a really good price. Had a recliner, sofa, and loveseat removed. I had them on the porch and they took them without us being there. They keep you informed when they will be there, when the are on their way, when they arrived, and when they were finished. Will definitely use again.

I needed a king sized mattress and small sectional sofa removed. I booked everything online - quick and easy. And the pricing was amazing. Other places quoted me between $350-$400 just to come and get those two items. LoadUp did it for less than half the price.. like $145. No hidden fees. I went to the website and selected the items needed to be removed, and received the pricing right then and there. No call backs or in person estimates required! There was also an option to have contactless pick-up and just leave the items outside. I selected this option, because I wasn't sure if I'd be home when they came, and it saved me $10! They texted me in the morning to let me know the exact time window, and they were on time and quick. I will definitely be using them again.

I was quoted a price of $194 which included a queen size sleeper sofa, a mini fridge and some home decor. When they got there, the movers said there were more boxes than they thought and the price would have to be adjusted accordingly. There were maybe 10/12 more boxes so that had to be less than the original, right? They wanted another $400! And then the guy graciously lowered it to $350. I am NOT best pleased. The actual movers were great though.

Very nice people. Extremely helpful with putting together the bed. Knowledgeable about the process and product. Helped with showing the me how to use it and just exceptional service all around. Would highly recommend the service guy that came to our home. Did I say fast. In and out in 30mins. Just great.

Don’t bypass this haul away company - it’s more than a hauling service. Your items can be donated with your permission. Talk about recycling power! First of all, this company is great in my opinion. I had a living room sectional to be hauled. It wasn’t nearly junk. LoadUp found a home for it in a Habitat for Humanity store location. I was thrilled. Benjamin, the guy that hauled it, who works for LoadUp, was awesome. I couldn’t see how he’d be able to get the sectional out of my apartment but he did and did it alone! Amazing!

Orlando was great. I don’t think he expected the size of the sectional that was to be taken, but he moved things around and made it all work. Was fast and efficient. You can’t beat the service we received. Thank you Orlando, we’d definitely recommend using this company.

We jumped through hoops to get our requests met. A girl arrive alone in a small car to pick up a 16” purple mattress that 2 big men struggled to deliver. She was not prepared nor had she received correct info to do the job. She then had to call for some one else to bring trailer. She must have thought she could roll up this massive mattress. Very unprofessional. This was a brand new 5,000 mattress we were told would be donated but putting on old trailer down a gravel road with no covering to protect.

Antonio and his team do great work. They are responsive and prompt. I’ve called him for several jobs over the years.
