Dear Sirs,
Your service is fair. Your technicians come in a timely fashion and do an adequate job. I was concerned that this past year I discovered dead/bald spots on my lawn. I called and talked to someone and was told that they would have to charge extra to come out and seed, as they weren't due in the area for awhile. I agreed that was reasonable; however, no one came. And no one followed up. I've paid a yearly service for a long time, and expected a little more personal attention. I will be looking for a new lawn service. thank you

Pro lawn is excellent in services and in mannerisms. They are great at response to any issues you may have. In the past I used another lawn service company and my lawn was a mess. I 💘 the services we are receiving and how green our lawn is, without weeds.

PLP has taken great care of our lawn for the past 8 years. I always get a text and an email when they have completed their service so I know that an application has been put down (along w yard warning). They also alert me if they see anything out of the usual that may need attention. I even mentioned to them once that I was seeing some broadleaf coming up and they came out and treated between scheduled services. I have recommended PLP to some of my neighbors.

I have been a customer of Prolawn Plus for many years and have always felt totally satisfied. They are reliable, responsive to my concerns and communicate very well. I recommend them without reservation.

Finally got rid of them for good. They’ve been telling me for 4 years it’s either too wet, too dry, too hot, or too cold for my grass to grow in all the way. 1500 dollars a year for them to tear up my lawn with their ride on spreaders EVERY SINGLE TIME. I could not recommend them less. The nail in the coffin was the owner sending me a bill for 2020 literally the day after he stopped by and I told him how unhappy I was. The only thing they do worse than lawn care is customer service.

The owner has not changed, and he has exceptional knowledge of grass, lawns and plant life, , having majored in Agronomy at University of MD. Also, he has excellent employees who are knowledgeable, professional and responsive

I have used Pro Lawn plus for over 8 years now at two different homes. Have had only one issue over 8 years, it was quickly and professionally resolved. The main office and the tech are always willing to answer questions. Highly recommend them.

My lawn was hurting and had various issues. My first year with Pro Lawn Plus wasn't perfect, I had some issues with some large brown spots, and some plantings that I had paid for didn't fare the summer well. Mark listened to my issues, and agreed to replant in the fall at no cost. He also made an extra effort to check on the progress of the lawn this year, made recommendations and did spot weeding, and in general the lawn is looking 100% better than it did the prior year. They really did a great job of following up on my problem lawn, and I am very pleased at their effort and knowledge. If this was my first year this would have been 5 stars, as this past year has clearly been superior.

Pro Lawn Plus is a very knowledgable company and professionally run. They have been treating our lawns for 15 years in Roland Park and for five years before that in Ruxton. They are responsive and reliable..I would recommend them to any homeowner whose grass sometimes needs a little help.. They can diagnose what is wrong and treat it. Our lawn looks great all summer.

We have been using Pro Lawn Plus for many years now. Our lawn looks good and it is effortless to sign up for the service. Any time there has ever been an issue about the grounds I have gotten prompt service. I have the utmost confidence in Pro Lawn Plus and feel very comfortable in recommending them.

We have been using ProLawn for at least 5 years now. Always call to advise they are coming and usually same person comes so they know the lawn. Actually take time to speak to you about lawn if you are home. Receive an email with what they did and their findings after each visit. Very happy with them and I think I have the best lawn in the neighborhood.

I tried to do the lawn weed control on my own after I retired. My efforts were not as successful as when Pro Lawn had been doing their lawn service.
I decided to bring them back and have been please since doing so.
The gentleman who reviewed my property did not criticize my efforts.
After each treatment the technician leave a report on what he did and an evaluation of the lawn's state.
I am pleased.

I’ve had a great experience with pro lawn plus to treat my lawn. I have a dog and they have been super accommodating about ensuring to use the right products not to harm him. The grass looks great and I can’t thank them for enough for doing a solid job keeping my lawn green and weed free!

I have used this company for more than fifteen years. Always have had the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood. I stopped for two years due to illness and my lawn did not look the same. We have used Pro Lawn Plus for almost 30 years, and our lawn has consistently looked fabulous. One reason is that the owner majored in Agronomy at the University of Maryland and has encyclopedic knowledge of plant life including anything that helps or can hurt a lawn. In addition, the staff is well trained and responsive. I do not often give a five star review but this is one business that deserves it.
