One of their trucks had debris fall off of it into my vehicle, shattering the windshield. Contacted the company to let them do the right thing, but unfortunately they were unwilling to step up. Super disappointed, very unprofessional.

I had 3 x 30 yard dumpsters delivered. The last dumpster delivered was being held together by rope and ready to fall apart. The owner of the company was incredibly rude as well as threatening over a few pieces of bamboo I had above the dumpster line. Called me every name in the book and told me he was going to dump everything onto my driveway.
It took his driver 5 minutes to push down the pieces sticking up and he charged me an additional $200.00. Most unprofessional and I will certainly never utilize this fly-by-night joker again. Terrible customer experience. Google his business location and look at street level shot. This will better explain what I'm talking about.

Clipper City has been an awesome vendor for us. We have used them several times and they are always responsive and able to get us a container when needed. 10/10 would recommend them!!

First time using a container service. Needed to clean out a large home of years worth of junk but somehow didn't think it was going to be a big job (spoiler alert: it was). Discussed options with owner, Sean, and he told me ppl often underestimate the size they need. I wanted to be frugal so I ordered a small container. Smart guy that he is he sent a medium container and I can't thank him enough cause we filled it rapidly! He even worked with me on an oversized item so we wouldn't need to rent an additional container. Quick to respond, fast delivery and pickup. His men were so helpful my dad insisted I put him in touch with them so he could personally say thank you. So now it's my turn. Thank you very much Clipper City!
