What a great company, the customer sevice is top notch. The quality of their work is always great on the all of the projects and task we have needed them on. Icluding the most recent project of softwashing 2 (35) foot tall snowmen at our tree lots. Jake explains the options and lays out what the expectations should be and they are always accurate. I hired this team to clean my condo. They did a deep clean and it was amazing. Very reasonably priced, worked with my schedule, dealt with my pets, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT give them any money upfront. We lost $150,000, including theft of money off our credit cards, and we’re sharing this so others don’t have to. See District Court of Maryland case D-01-CV-25-010461 for the details—look it up yourself. The case against them, along with Rebuild Development Inc (also avoid them), was dismissed after all the defendants failed to appear in court. We also caution against Baltimore Drywall and Coldwell Banker Realty due to their association. They are a band of thieves. They managed to evade criminal charges because it's a civil matter. Protect yourself: the system is not designed to protect you from scammers in civil court, and there is no recourse to recover your money once it has been divided amongst them.
