I have been using MaidPro of Carmel for several years. First Kim, and then Kim & Tonya as a team have kept my house clean all that time. They are professional yet friendly, and their work ethic is amazing. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Would 100 percent not use maid pro. We were quoted for a 3 1/2 hour clean as we were moving out of our house. To say the cleaner did not do an adequate job is an understatement. The floor was not vacuumed and the area was not dusted. We sent pictures and asked for a refund however we were told refunds are not possible. After going back and forth and agreeing the job was not completed we received only 25 percent back. Please save yourself the hassle and headache and do not hire maidpro. Terrible service. I have attached pictures of the terrible “cleaning” service. If I could give zero stars I would.

I've been using MaidPro for a number of years now, 99% of the time your going to walk into a super clean house when they are done, and if you ever come across that 1%, then they come back and redo it, no questions asked. MaidPro Is great that way! They have fantastic customer service, are alway polite, friendly, and professional. Love them! Can't wait for my next clean!

I have been a customer for years. My regular service provider left the company - and I was sad. Then Melissa came to my house today - and I am happy. She is a rock star - did a wonderful job, so professional, friendly - and most importantly, my dogs loved her!

Calia Carter and Jess Zang cleaned out home today, it was our first time using MaidPro. They were amazing!! They were on time, friendly and got right to work! Thank you both so much, I hope the two of you come back next time!!

We have used MaidPro for over a year and are very happy. Our regular Pro, Tyra, is wonderful. She is courteous, hard working and open to feedback. The office staff are easy to work with and keep everything running smoothly. I never have to worry if/when someone is coming and the billing is managed well.

I have used different cleaning services over the years since I have moved 10 times. Maidpro is the best. I supplied my own organic cleaning supplies to Aniya who came to our house. Aniya used my supplies and asked a few questions. She was sweet and courtesy. She did a marvelous job cleaning our house. I hope you will send her back to clean our house again. If you want your house clean from top to bottom then you need to hire MaidPro.

I've been using Maidpro for months now and I've really enjoyed their service. We have a three story row house that gets cleaned monthly. I think their prices are fair for the service they provide. Payment, rescheduling, and other logistics are the easiest I've dealt with for any cleaning service.

Update 2021 - We moved to a one bedroom apartment and still using Maidpro. Heather usually comes by and she does an excellent job.

NO INTEGRITY - I needed my house cleaned for an upcoming open house. I was told there would be two ladies cleaning my home, two showed up and one left. The one that stayed, took more breaks than she worked, was talking on her phone. The 49 point inspection cleaning is a JOKE! She never even mopped or swept the floor. There was dust and dirt left on my windows seals (apart of the 49 point inspection). She stayed for 2.5 hours bull-crapping around, and to add insult to injury, she reported that she worked 5 hours! The company charged my credit card $425. When I advised them of the situation, they advised they could not refund my money, because the cleaner said she was there the entire time. LIES. They have robbed me! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. You are better off leaving your home dirty!

We love maidpro! We have be using them for years and they make our home look more beautiful after every visit. We recommend using Melissa if you get the option to choose, she is kind and does a wonderful job!

MaidPro has high standards and takes feedback well. We have had some experiences when someone we really liked (i.e. was a good match for how we wanted things done) left the company and we had to find someone else who met our expectations- especially with regard to attention to details. But the company takes your feedback and quickly makes the adjustments you request. So, except for a few bumps here and there, we’ve been very happy with the service and give it a strong recommendation.

We went through 3 other housekeepers looking for a legitimate service. Maid pro was extremely professional. Our cleaner, Tiffany arrived on time, spent the entire allocated time, and exceeded our expectations. We will be using MaidPro on a regular basis.

Sherry was friendly and thoughtful. She asked me if I had any sensitivity to scents or chemicals. She did a fantastic job cleaning the rooms I requested and was very respectful and understanding about the rooms I did not need/want cleaned. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is because upon scheduling, I was expecting her to arrive at 11 and work until 2. So I took off because I've never had a cleaning service before. Actually, she was due to arrive anytime between 11-2! Oops! This was not her fault at all! Just a crossed wire between the scheduler and I. Nevertheless I would of taken the day off . House smells GREAT and CLEAN

I have been using MaidPro for about 3 years now. My current service provider, Theresa, is wonderful! My house always gets sparkling clean, and Theresa is always willing to accommodate my requests. The office is also very easy to work with, and is happy to help me whenever I need a schedule change.

I'm so glad that I finally found someone, who does a great job in cleaning my home. She never complaints when I ask her to do something for me. She is always friendly and thorough in her job. If she missed something, then I point it out to her the next time and it will get done. When she is done cleaning my home, I know it's clean. I don't have to check everything to see, if she cleaned everything. She knows what I like and she does it to a perfection. Glad to have her. It makes my life a lot easier.

This time, I was sick in bed, but I'm sure that Christina did a good job. I can trust her in giving me a good service.

MaidPro is the best thing that's happened in my life. I don't have time to do deep cleans and get every nook and cranny, but they sure do. My house looks and feels clean and fresh. Plus, the professional that comes to clean is personable and friendly, and she even takes care of my dogs while she is there. They love her!

I have been using MaidPro for a few months now and it's really been so helpful. I have them come out every two weeks. It pushes me and my husband to stay on top of our own clutter and it's so rewarding because all we have to do is straighten up and then someone comes in and cleans the rest. It's worth the money for sure. Jess Z is the person who comes to my house. Her cleaning is really thorough but what I love the most is how she cleans my 5 year olds room. When making her bed, she puts stuffed animals under the sheet laying on the pillow like they are sleeping. Yesterday she took a unicorn horn that goes on a child's head and placed it on a horse toy. It makes my daughter happy and it's just like this nice little extra thing. They've been consistent, easy to get ahold of. It's just been really good. So if you have the funds I think it's really worthwhile.

We enjoy having them come! Melissa is great! The cleaning is thorough and professional! Melissa is friendly, professional and always on time! My husband has cancer so we need our apartment to be well cleaned! Definitely I would recommend this service ! Ask for Melissa!!

We started using MaidPro about two months ago and could not be happier. From the very first time Theresa came over, she has been so kind and extremely thorough. We're very impressed everytime she cleans our home. The customer service team was also helpful with setting everything up and made the registration process simple and easy for us.

Lexi did a great job - the house looked spotless when she left and free of dog hair (a major accomplishment in my house with three dogs). She asked for feedback and was very responsive when I indicated a couple of areas that she missed. She was also great with my dogs. My puppy followed her around the entire time and she talked to him and he just loved her!
