We hired Superior Cleaning to clean several carpets in our home. I own a Rug Doctor, but after years of use, I surely don’t get all the cleaning chemicals out. I waited for our carpets to dry completely before writing a review. They are definitely much cleaner, most all spots removed, and much softer. Some carpets are quite old but definitely look rejuvenated. The technician called in advance of his arrival and did a thorough job. I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

Superior did an awesome job. I must admit that I had a bunch of requests since my husband is out of town I could not move all of our furniture out of the way. Mauricio was great and showed up on time and did a really nice job. As a sidenote, we have had our house for a decade and every time a company power washes it, they get water in our outdoor outlets and it kills our electricity for a full day while the outlets dry out. This was the first time this hasn’t happened. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

The technician was very professional and attentive to making sure the areas of carpet to be cleaned were done to the utmost regardless of the age of the carpet. Spots were removed that I never imagined would be removed. Superb job!!!

I called this company Tuesday morning for a cleaning, The lady who answered the phone was polite, and pleasant, she said they were available immediately, I had them come out Wednesday, they arrived exactly on time, cleaned our carpet that was severely stained, and now our carpet looks brand new. The technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family

When I inquired about service, I was impressed with the prompt reply from Superior Cleaning Solutions. They answered all of my questions and set up the appointment with ease. I was at the point where I needed to either buy a new steam cleaner for my carpets or outsource the job. My carpets were low grade and 10 years of stains with a baby, puppy and cat piled up. Superior Cleaning Solutions arrived on time and cleaned the carpets beautifully. There was NO WAY a consumer-grade carpet cleaner would get out all of these stains. I feel like the money was well-spent and I will just budget to have this done periodically. I won’t need to procrastinate 10 years anymore! Your team did an amazing job cleaning my dryer vent out. They also showed me a brush set i can use myself to stay on top. While they were cleaning my vent i had a few questions snd they went above and beyond just taking a glance at my hvac and took a few things apart. I know they didnt have to do that and we found a few small issues that i need to address. Thanks for your attention to detail professionalism and sharing some industry knowledge

These guys were great. Highly professional, very knowledgeable and actually identified an issue that needed to be addressed immediately and impacted their ability to perform their task, but it did not stop them from sharing the information with me. They were very open and honest and trustworthy, which is extremely important. They did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and couches. I highly recommend.

We had superior come and clean a very large master bedroom that had pet stains. They did a great job! They treated the stain first for 20 minutes and then finished with their shampoo process. The carpet looks great. I was able to get an appt quickly and Tyler was very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend Superior.
