My apartment never looked or felt better they came and made everything looks and smells having a disability makes it hard for me to get up and clean the way that I want but they might buy high standards and affordable enough to keep with the reoccurring services

They amazing Mrs. Carmelina is so professional and amazing I asked for a move in clean up for the purchase of my first home. She emailed over proposal detailing everything that would be done and additional services offered of I needed or wanted it. OMG I can not even describe how amazing of a job they did it made me so excited and ready to move in! I’m putting up a before and after pictures of what it looked like behind the stove and what it looks like now. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

They did a great job cleaning my townhouse, they were very thorough and detailed. Would recommend them to any one!

Extremely pleased with MCM Cleaning Services. They were able to come out although it was a bit short notice. Jordan and Mary most definitely put in that work. Not only did they clean the oven and refrigerator, they got behind it as well. Windows and floors were looking good also. They were extremely kind and got it when it comes to cleaning. Jeymi was AMAZING! I’m recovering from a broken leg so I haven’t been able to maintain the cleanliness of my space how I usually do. I’ve never hired cleaners before but it was necessary this time! So happy Carmalena had an opening for us. My wife fell and broke her ankle last week and was worried her new house wouldn't look good for Thanksgiving. They did their magic this morning and my wife is thrilled and happy to show off her house and their hard work. Happy Thanksgiving all.

Elvia and Lily did a move-in clean of my new home and did an excellent job! They were punctual, thorough, and relatively swift for the size of the home. They both gave me time to inspect the unit before they left and even went back to clean up an area where I tracked a bit of dirt in, which I appreciated. Some of the house was done properly. They damaged our bathtub with harsh cleaner. Erased a whiteboard that I use for work without telling me. They also didn't clean efficiently. Their idea of tidying was putting random objects they found inside of a hat and a guitar case. There were still spots that looked untouched in our house. We are still waiting for a clear answer as to how they plan to rectify the damage they caused.

They gave us a vague answer about"looking into this with explanations." Like most homeowners I don't want explanations about damaged property, I want reimbursement and a genuine apology. The company offered neither upfront.

I have been using their bi-weekly services since we moved into our new home in the area during the Fall of 2023 and I have been very grateful for their services. I had recently been laid off working for the City on 11/3/25. I did our scheduled service on 11/11 but on 11/24, I had to inform them I would not be able to afford their regularly scheduled service on 11/25 until I have secured another job. I asked for our services to be suspended until then.
I got a message back right away that they will do the scheduled cleaning as a gift to our family so our home is clean in time for the Thanksgiving holiday. It brought tears to our eyes that a small business, would show us such kindness in these tough times where everyone is struggling. We are so thankful to have people who care about us in our lives and I only hope their act of kindness would set an example for other businesses to help others in difficult circumstances.
