Baltimore HCS is wonderful! I gifted my boyfriend a deep house cleaning and it was so easy. They were able to provide me with a quote and organized a date and time with him, and were able to send the bill to me very easily. He absolutely loved it and it was so worth they money. The two technicians did an amazing job! We are almost 2 weeks post cleaning and things still look great.
I also used to use them for monthly cleanings before it was no longer in my budget and they did a great job. Highly recommend. They are very flexible, especially with recurring cleaning and are so easy to work with :)

Great service by Hilda and Lupe! It was a move out clean and they had the rental sparkling. Definitely would use HCS again. The team was delayed a half hour from the scheduled arrival time, hence the 4-star rating.

Hilda's team from the Baltimore HCS Home Cleaning Services did an amazingly thorough job cleaning my parents apartment. Nothing was left unclean. I ordered a deep cleaning of their apartment. They cleaned every baseboard, the refrigerator, their toaster oven, behind the toilet, the cabinets, the ceiling fan, etc. Their work is outstanding. This company had great people, they were fast and efficient and did such a wonderful job with the deep cleaning service we kept up with maintenance cleans an extra 6 months just because we couldnt go back! we have 2 cats and after they come you wouldnt even know a cat had been in the apartment. Very professional and sweet people as well. Highly recommend!

Update: After Months of using BHCS to do regular (monthly) cleanings of our house, we're still just as pleased and impressed. We were just recently visited and serviced by Yeslie and Janet and they were incredible! Such attention to detail, taking care of the little things...they were great. Definitely recommend!

We contacted BHCS to do a deep clean of our home and couldn't be happier with the result. They were incredibly prompt in replying to our inquiry, texting with me to schedule everything and confirming via email the following day. They showed up 10 mins early, brought everything they needed and did a bang up job -- the house looks amazing. Our crew, Saira & Nora, were respectful, efficient and thorough and we can't thank them enough. They were even flexible when I had to leave the house for an hour! I left while they were starting on the second floor and I came back and they were still hard at work! We will definitely be contracting with BHCS regularly moving forward.

From first contact to receiving a receipt of payment, everything was smooth with Baltimore HCS. I talked to Paola over the phone and text, and was provided an estimated quote and list of services included.

Two women showed up on time the next day and proceeded to spend a little over 2 hours for the deep cleaning service, for our 2-floor row home. They moved fast but were thorough in their cleaning, and clearly had a system in place for how to navigate the different areas of the house. I asked for specific attention paid to certain areas due to a recent plumbing issue, and they happily accommodated. Thank you very much Zulma and Ana!

We don't expect to require professional cleaning very often, but will definitely be contacting Baltimore HCS again! They communicated well and there were no surprises throughout the whole process.

Ok, maybe one surprise. You should've seen the oven tray before and after they cleaned it - pristine. We were impressed by how much area they covered within the 2 hours.

Super happy with my experience with Baltimore HCS. I submitted an inquiry on the weekend for a very tight turn around on a rental property. Scheduled with them on a Sunday for immediate deep cleaning on Monday! The communication was great, and the cleaning job was spectacular! Will definitely be using the team again.
