I requested a move-in clean with window cleaning. Doug M. did my intake and was friendly and thorough on making sure my request was understood. The team was able to meet my requested date. I received plenty of reminders of my upcoming appointment.

On the cleaning. I received notice that the team was en route and provided a picture of the person who was coming to clean.

The cleaners were thorough and did a final walkthrough with me to ensure everything was up to standard.

(3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome) Doug was very helpful with setting up the appointment and they communicated with me via text every step of the process. Valesca left my home spotless! Her and her team cleaned everything from the ceiling to the baseboards.

I highly recommend MaidThis Cleaning! I would give Lucero in particular 10 stars if i could! My kitchen was in a messy state when I moved out of my old home, and she left it looking spotless, along with all other areas of my home. I cannot applaud her/MaidThis enough- plus their prices are reasonable. Win win.

I was so glad that I found MaidThis Cleaning of Baltimore. They were responsive, professional, efficient and provided excellent service. They did an amazing job cleaning our home prior to moving in. Mercy, Jordan, and Carmelina went above and beyond to clean our home and got into every nook and cranny to ensure that our home was sparkling prior to move in. Jordan was on-time and got straight to work. She did the main bathroom upstairs and really did a great job on the shower - better than the last place I hired from. She did a good job on the rest of the house as well. And was done on-time as well.

Katherine J and the team were AMAZING for my deep clean. I had just completed a few renovation projects, and my old rowhome was covered in brick dust and grime. They tackled all the regular deep cleaning tasks with ease, and the place is spotless. My jaw literally dropped when I saw how beautiful the kitchen was!

I have used this company multiple times now for move out cleanings. This last cleaning was so well done I feel obligated to tell others about how good this service really is. The customer service is friendly and convenient while the cleaning itself exceeded expectations. They came in after 3 mid 20 boys lived in a row home for 2 years straight and made the place look brand new. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a deep clean done and I am so glad I did. Jordan & Mary were FABULOUS.They worked extremely hard and thoroughly cleaned all areas in my home and made sure I was satisfied. I loved the added details they did in the bathroom and kitchen. They made little bows out of toilet paper and paper towels and attached them onto the rolls to give an added design in the bathrooms. Also, they made a beautiful bow out of my tea towels in my kitchen, which I loved. I am so glad I chose MCM Cleaning Services LLC and I highly recommend them.

I've had a chance to talk to the owners, Doug and Carmelina, quite a bit. There is nothing they won't do to make sure the customer is satisfied, including Carmelina coming out to make sure it's done right. They have an awesome team that has been around a long time. Strongly recommended.

The workers were friendly and provided good customer service, but the cleaning was very superficial. For example, there was still dust on the upstairs bathroom light and cat hair balls under the master bed. This was my first time using their service, and I may reconsider using them in the future unless absolutely necessary. However, I do appreciate their help when I needed it and their flexibility with scheduling.

Katherine and her team arrived promptly. After walking through the house, they started cleaning and finished in 3hrs. I’m very happy with the job they done. We cook a lot, and they even managed to leave our cook top spotless, no gunk! I also like how they tied cute bows with towers, tissue papers, and bedding. Will definitely go with their cleaning service again!

Let me begin by saying this was the best service ever. This was a last minute request. That was quickly addressed.
Caimelina & Jordan were outstanding. They arrived on time and were professional. They worked hard and consistently until the job was done. They thoroughly cleaned our home. The service they provided was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them both as well as this company. 5 stars

I hired this company to do a “deep clean” on a rental property, which was already completely empty and free of trash. The two young ladies who came did not even take the time to mop the kitchen floor as the house was already in very good condition,they did not clean the baseboards or even wipe out the microwave. They did not wipe down the doors. The house was again COMPLETELY EMPTY. All it needed was a good wipe down of all of the surfaces and the floor is cleaned. Please see the photos, when the manager came because I told him that they did a horrible job. He was upset and slammed my door YES, A SECOND CLEANING WAS OFFERED HOWEVER I DO NOT LIVE AT THE PROPERTY AND DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER 4 1/2 HOURS TO WAIT (They cleaned from 9 AM to 1:30 PM. They were never contracted to clean for 10 hours : Sidenote, if it takes 2 individuals 10 hours to clean an empty house, you might need to get a new profession). Do not recommend! I would like to add that after Posting my initial review, I was called by a woman who claimed to be the owner stating that she is going to have a lawyer send me papers for defamation for posting a review of my experience with her company.

I really appreciated that they asked questions about what I wanted and needed, which made the process feel very personalized. One important thing to note—I didn’t realize they were using bleach, and I’m allergic. As soon as I mentioned it, they immediately switched to a different product without hesitation or complaint.
