Tyler Hammonds did an air duct cleaning and a full furnace cleaning; he was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way and sent pictures of before and after of the furnace cleaning. Great experience with Superior. Our tech, Tyler, was prompt, polite as well as knowledgeable and super efficient. We had our ducts cleaned and a mold inspection performed. He was honest about our service, current and future needs. We will be calling again for carpet cleaning.

They did a awesome job cleaning my recliner love seat and sofa plus cleaned my carpet no my items smell fresh again and the guy that came out was very professional overall i give them a 10 out of 10

Superior Cleaning Solutions brought my carpet and furniture back to life and looking brand new again. The technician Mauricio was fantastic!!! He was Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered any questions that I had and he was a Magician with the cleaning tools.. I now will be Superior Cleaning Solutions solely for my carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning needs.

Our technician was Tyler who was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. The duct cleaning service we had done was reasonably priced, performed promptly and respectfully. Tyler answered all of our questions and provided us with before and after videos and pictures. We would definitely recommend and will most likely call again for carpet service.

They made the furniture and rugs look like new! The technician was so professional, and worked hard, nonstop. This is the second time I've used this service and couldn't be more pleased. Easy to schedule, terrific communication. And, they also did an awesome job at my mom's house as well!

Not the best Customer Service! TRAINING NEEDED! A commitment was made a week ago! A clear indication their service sucks! And there is room for improvements! Lets just say, Jennifer should not be cloned! We don't need another one of her running around! All I asked was if we could push back the appointment by an hour! When booking, they gave me a window for arrival for up to 3hrs, so why couldn't I get an hour grace?!
I didn't feel it was appropriate for her to discuss a cancellation fee, I had no plans of cancelling! So I didn't! To pay a stupid tax for asking for an hour later appointment didn't seem fair! Nor was rescheduling! Dang! I already waited a week!!! So instead of them working with me, they cancelled my appointment without telling me! No text! No Email!! NOTHING!!! Until 9:15am when I called to see where the tech was!!

I prepared my home for their arrival and rearranged my work schedule for what? NOTHING!!! Perhaps they feel they are the only carpet cleaners in town! NOT!!!!! I'll have someone here in the morning! Price is better! Customer Service way better!! An NO FEES for rescheduling even if its just an hour!! The new company reviews speak for itself, so I'm sure the overall experience will be amazing! Superior Cleaning, Not so Superior! And there's room for improvements! Never again will I call them for anything! Your Special is not so special and it won't be until training is provided for the unamazing chic that answers the phone!

Tyler is the agent that assisted with carpet cleaning on 5/22. He did explain before starting the cleaning that some stains will not come off. I didn’t have much stains it was a few food stains not something that wouldn’t come off. I am not happy with the results because it seems like no effort was put in.l normally clean the carpet myself and needed some professional work this time and there’s no difference,l actually do a better job with my small machine.He didn’t clean up after his work,there was water on the floor in my dining room towards the living room where the pipes were. I am not happy with the service and l don’t think l”ll be using them again.Save your money and find another company

Great job! Brian arrived 15 minutes early too. We walked the areas to be cleaned and he confirmed the quote. He was very courteous and the carpets look like the day we moved in over 3 years ago.

Staff arrived at time promised. The 2 young men were professional, pleasant and very thorough. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again. I have already referred Superior Cleaning Solutions to some of my church members.

Daniela and the entire team at MCM have been great. Not only does Daniela take great care in her cleaning and organizing, they have been super flexible in rescheduling or otherwise adjusting schedules as needed. She's also a master with her little origami animals. Highly recommend you give them a try!
