Client of theirs 2 years now. Subpar cleaning aside (except for one of their maids, Marli who does a great job) this business is extremely UNETHICAL. There is a high turnover rate. What's worse, they straight up LIE about any communication you have with them. Point blank telling you "You never said that" I requested a transcript of all our conversations. Please RECORD all your conversations with them. You want proof? Please see my picture as proof. I called AND emailed them AGAIN to cancel all cleanings BUT they have not done so.

We have been using maidpro for more than a year now i think, and have found them to be extremely responsive to all of our requests. Ours is not an easy house because of all the arts & crafts, so we appreciate the care everything receives. We've had consistent and enjoyable service from Kimberlee, and have enjoyed having Ashley working at the house too. It's always nice to come home to a fresh and tidied house for the next few days.

I just had my first appointment with MaidPro and could not be happier! Hope and Noelle from the Perry Hall location were amazing! I go from room to room and cannot believe how much order and cleanliness they brought to my home. I will be definitely be remaining a regular customer and would recommend MaidPro to family, friends and anyone who is looking to get their house in order!

I've been very pleased with the quality of cleaning done at my home by Maid Pro team Kim and Tonya. They are hard workers and very detailed with their cleaning, which I truly appreciate. Kim and Tonya take their job seriously, and are always concerned about their client's satisfaction with the cleaning.

We have MaidPro visit once a month and they always do a great job. I have never checked to see if you can request who cleans your place, but if you can, ask for Paige! Paige came for a last minute clean and did one of the best standard cleans I have had from the company so far. She was very attentive and requested any focus areas we wanted to be cleaned. Paige was also very friendly and great with dogs. We couldn't be happier with the service!

I have been using Maid Pros for about 6 months. In that time, I have had several different cleaners and all have been wonderful-on time, thorough, efficient and friendly. My current cleaner, Lexi is no different. She goes out of her way to do whatever needs to be done, even taking my recyclables out and folding laundry. She goes over and above and I thoroughly enjoy her professionalism!

Maid Pro is the most reasonably priced cleaning service! Their staff is so friendly and helpful. The people who come out to clean are kind, tidy, and professional! Lauren and Tina are amazing!! I love my biweekly cleanings!! If you’re on the fence about a cleaning service, use maid pro..you won’t regret it!! My husband loves it too!

I was impressed by Lauren's incredible job! She arrived sooner then I expected and finished the cleaning in 3.5 hours. My washroom and kitchen are like new ones. My roommate's bedroom and washroom are clean and tidy like no on lived in before. I would definitely recommend your service to my friends in the future!

Paige and Yaya from MaidPro did a really great job on the house. I was nervous about having my house cleaned by strangers but they made the whole process really comfortable - they were super sweet, in addition to doing a great job cleaning. They were also very fast and thorough. I honestly don't know how they got the bathtubs so clean and sparkly. Thank you!

This company is very good! They called me to set up my first cleaning appointment. They informed me in advance of the cost. The maids showed up on time. They were polite and cheerful. They did a fantastic job of cleaning my home. I would definitely recommend. A+ service!!!!

Melissa has been cleaning our houses for over a year (we moved). Every time she comes, our house is spotless. She rids the house of dog hair (which is difficult because we have 4 dogs), makes the house perfect (also difficult with our toddler), and is a complete life saver. Whether it is a regular clean or a deep clean for guests, Melissa is amazing. Our dogs love her and she makes our house perfect :). Valerie in their office is fantastic and always adjusts our schedule as needed. We would be lost without MaidPro. We recommend them to all our friends

Have been using MaidPro for a few months now and so far I’ve been very happy with the results. Then Laura and Tonia showed up for my September cleaning and they did a fantastic job. The floors the inside windows the sofa (vacuum). They touched every inch of real estate there and left their mark. Btw loved what you did with the pillows ladies! They cleaned my house like I was once able to do. Thank you both!

I have used them for over 2 years. I have been very happy with them. I find the communication to be good. When I need to make a change, they accommodate. You get reminders prior to them coming out which is very helpful. Our housekeeper, (Melissa) is super. She does a fantastic job each and every time she is here. I'd recommend.

Great customer service! I booked a clean and it was ok, but I felt like they missed a few spots. Kelly made sure to follow up with me personally to ensure that my needs were satisfied. They sent out another cleaner named Sarah and she did an AMAZING job! I am super satisfied with the results, and also Kelly’s commitment. I will be a returning customer!

My first cleaning with Maid pro was a horrible experience and would not be using there service ever!! I called and requested to cancel services but was told they would charge me an additional 172.00 in addition to the 315.00 spent

They only offered to not charge the additional cost if I remained with their services. To sum up the concern is that they also said a supervisor never speaks to any of the customers and only sales people talk to the customers.

I am warning others that this service is horrible and would never refer anyone to a company like MaidPro.

I completely wasted my hard working money on a service that did not do their job right the FIRST time.

Dawn and Monica have been cleaning my house for several years and we have become friends. They arrive with great vibes and make my home sparkle. I am a handicapped customer and these ladies always make sure if there is anything I need. Kudos Dawn and Monica!

DO NOT USE MAIDPRO.

We hired Maidpro to do a deep clean of a house we are trying to get on the market for sale. Keep in mind, the house is empty and it is not yet on the market and the only person with access is our real estate agent. We are 8 hours away from Baltimore so she is looking after the house for us. The first time they came through and supposedly cleaned, they left a 49 point checklist and at least half of it wasn't done. But they checked every box. They did not vacuum the stairs, we paid extra to have them clean the oven - it was still filthy - they didn't dust the blinds, the tops of the bar, fireplace, window sills or base boards. 2 of the three bathrooms look like they weren't even touched - the kitchen counters were still a mess and the wood floors were streaky. Also, they informed us the first floor toilet wouldn't flush yet it worked fine the last time we were in the house - but that was their excuse for not cleaning it.
We contacted them and they were very apologetic and offered to send another crew free of charge - which is what THEY SHOULD DO. The second crew came, and it was a few days before our agent could get in the house and check on their work. The stairs still weren't vacuumed AT ALL - still covered in dog hair - like I don't know how you could miss that - TWICE. The bar still wasn't dusted, the blinds and window sills were still dirty and the bathrooms still didn't look cleaned. On top of all this absolute failure, there was urine left in the toilet.
I sent an email to Marlena Rogers - AGAIN - expressing my absolute displeasure - and did not hear back from her. Instead, I was contacted by someone else a few days later telling me she no longer worked there and that my email would be forwarded to someone else. I was then contacted by Kelly Rebiero and accused of lying about the urine in the toilet and saying I threatened to "slander" the company - I did threaten to give them a bad review on every review site I could find if they did not stand by their work and clean our house for the $340 we gave them. I also informed her that it is only slander when what you are saying isn't true. I have 100+ pictures of both of their visits if anyone reading this would like to see them. I also told her I was contacting the better business bureau and that my wife was going to dispute the charge on her credit card - which she has done. Kelly Rebeiro also tried to tell me that because we didn't complain in the proper time frame outlined in the contract that they were not responsible as she had "no idea who else could have been through the house since the cleaning" - ummm nobody, it is completely vacant. Also, I did complain in the proper time frame, the person I complained to just either quit or was fired - probably because your company sucks. She offered us a $25 coupon on a future cleaning and said she was not refunding our money.
So yeah, Maidpro is AWFUL. DO NOT USE THEM. TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND THEIR FRIENDS AND MAYBE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY WILL GO AWAY.
p.s. The bank has already refunded our money.

We have worked with MaidPro both before and after the pandemic, and it’s been a positive experience - from customer service both on email and by phone, to the pros who visit our home. We were able to set a preferred schedule, share instructions and preferences, and maintain a budget. In particular, Crystal is detail oriented, thorough, and thoughtful.

Been using MaidPro for something like two years now and we've been very happy with them. Their people show up on time, do a great job, and are nice to interact with.

We were extremely unsatisfied- the cleaning was very superficial and not completed as confirmed when scheduling the cleaning. When scheduling we informed the receptionist it was a house that needed to be clean for a move in, and indicated areas of concern, including: kitchen, range, hood and cabinets; doors; baseboards; window sills; kitchen light; and a ceiling fan, overhang railing that needed dusting. I come home to find a house where the cleaning crew did not do what we paid for, including: window sills that were not touched, dirt, dead flies and hair left behind; baseboards, that to the touch, dust and dirt rub off on fingers; the oven hood not even touched and has grease all over it, as well as the surrounding cabinets; the top of the back-splash still has grease and is sticky to the touch (it looks like it was not even cleaned superficially); one of the cleaning crew was going to use the same dirty rag for the inside of the fridge that she used on the outside; the ceiling fan, overhang, and railing was not dusted at all; the sides of the kitchen island was not cleaned and we were told by the employees they are not allowed to clean the sides of the island; toilet was not touched; kitchen light not cleaned and the light switches still covered in dirt. Almost all of the items mentioned above were told when the cleaning was scheduled. These two employees did not complete the job as required, and what was done was very superficial and incomplete.

The cleaning folks did an awesome job, Very professional, hard working, detail oriented and very courteous. We are so glad we hired their services
