Baltimore HCS has been fabulous! We've used them for over a year and they are professional, organized, and great communicators. Saira and Iris are fabulous cleaning technicians who pay incredible attention to detail (thank you both!!). My highest recommendation for the HCS team!

From beginning to end, the Baltimore HCS Home Cleaning team has been perfection. I reached out to a number of Baltimore-area cleaning services to collect quotes for a move-out clean. Baltimore HCS was not only the first to respond, but their quote included crystal clear pricing along with a list of what the service included. Pricing was on par with other companies, but the customer service and attention to detail set them apart from their peers. Rosy, Lucy, and Paola are a phenomenal management team. Whether by email, phone, or text, I always received a thoughtful, personalized response. When it came time for the service, Elaine and Nora arrived exactly as scheduled. They wrapped up earlier than anticipated without sacrificing quality. The space looked cleaner than when I moved in! My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner. This team is the best of the best.

I highly recommend this cleaning crew! They came out quickly with very little notice and stayed true to everything they promised. Their communication was excellent as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. The floors were so clean that my sneakers literally squeaked as I walked. Yes, that’s how spotless they were! You could immediately see and smell that the space was fresh and thoroughly cleaned. If you ever need a last-minute or scheduled cleaning, don’t hesitate to call them. Top-notch service!

I just wanted to give a special thanks to Elaine and Nora who deep cleaned my bathrooms today as I really needed it. Due to my ongoing schedule I've not been able to regularly keep up with maintenance of these particular rooms and I was a bit embarrassed with the state of things, but they were extremely professional, surveyed the areas that needed attention and immediately began. I truly appreciate the help. My bathrooms are now spotless (especially my shower!!) just like on move-in day and the cleaning scent they used smells great (love to have it myself!) I went back and forth for a while trying to decide to have my house cleaned. I have ridiculously high standards of what "clean" is. I did a ton of research and reading reviews before deciding on a company and moving forward. Scheduling was quick and painless, the price was great, I emailed customer care with a question and received a response within a half of an hour. But, then when the time came 2 young guys showed up at my house as the cleaning crew and I was disappointed. My expectations plummeted! I don’t know of any men who could come close to what I was expecting. (Yes, I know it was judgmental) Well, LET ME TELL YOU; THEY NAILED IT!!!! Not only did they meet, but exceeded my expectations! They moved and cleaned behind and under EVERYTHING. Took TVs off the wall and cleaned the back of the TV and the wall behind it. Moved everything, even dusted my extra hand soap bottles and my cleaning supplies that were on a shelf. They moved cases of water to clean under and behind it. I mean EVERYTHING is spotless!!! I could go on and on, but no one would read it! I cannot express how beyond satisfied I am, I will continue to use them and have already recommended them to people! DO YOUR THING BALTIMORE HOME CLEANING!!!

Sharda and Jennifer did an OUTSTANDING job. If it was possible to give 6 stars I would. The cleaning options were extremely customizable and comprehensive. I scheduled a deep clean and I could do surgery in my home now. There was insane attention to detail. My home has never been cleaner. I would fully recommend this service and will certainly be scheduling standard cleanings with them regularly.

BHC was able to come clean my home on very short notice. It was easy to book online, and they showed up within the allotted timeframe. They had no problem navigating my 3 (overly friendly) dogs and tackled a bathroom that had been left extremely dirty by a tenant. I highly recommend and will be using them again when I need a deep clean.

Completely unacceptable customer service. I was told they would arrive at 9 am, and at 9:45, I called to cancel. They advised me that it was a window, not an appointment, and that I would be charged the full cost of the cleaning service without any work being done. No attempt was made to work with me. The moment I pointed out my frustration with their lateness, the representative told me about the full cancellation fee.

Nothing in their email to me said anything about the time being a window. It mentioned the cancellation fee--which is ridiculously high--but not that it applied even when it was due to the company's failure to provide the promised service.

I have not been this unhappy with a company in a long time. I was charged for nothing and given horrendous customer service. I hope this review prevents others from dealing with the customer-last experience I had with Baltimore Home Cleaning.

After another cleaning service canceled, I was in a bit of a crunch. Thank goodness for Baltimore Home Cleaning! Getting my apartment cleaned couldn't have been more painless. I was able to book the appointment online which is a huge plus for me. I live in an apartment building, so I left the key at the front desk and came home to a sparkling clean home. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I scheduled an move out cleaning 2 week in advance, due to weather the employee asked if they could reschedule. I had no problem with that, but then the day after the original cleaning date i was billed for the services even though they weren't performed. BHC did the refund (3-5 business days) however i should have NEVER been billed. When I asked them to reschedule to meet the my needs, they couldn't... After i emailed them to just cancel, I received a text and 2 emails asking me to rate their services.

I used BHC today and tried their move-out cleaning service. Very efficient and friendly service. The ladies definitely know what they’re doing. The only thing that’s not worth 10/10 is that they have a flat rate based on the number of baths/beds, but my apt is kinda small. However, still worth the price. Overall nice experience!

I used BHC's move-in cleaning service before we moved into our house. It's super easy to schedule online, they sent reminders via text the night before and showed up promptly the day of.
