Wendy and Monique did an incredible job cleaning and they were so kind and funny! It's such a wonderful feeling to come into a clean house and know the smallest details are handled like the walls, light fixtures, and fans being dusted. The pricing is competitive, I was able to arrange everything online, and I'm thrilled with the results. I'd recommend BHC to anyone looking for a one-time or ongoing cleaning service.

I was very impressed with the ease of booking and the straightforward cost breakdown! Amanda did a very thorough job, and I was blown away with how much she was able to do in the time she had. We will definitely be returning customers.

Wendy and Tiara were amazing. They were perfectly on time, got along great with my pit bull, were professional and thorough. I'll be rebooking and requesting them again. Their two hours in my house relieved so much stress for this holiday season.

My boyfriend and I had never had a professional house cleaning before, and we will definitely be using BHC again! Great value on our tight budget and a very worthy investment in one’s quality of life. We got a standard clean for a one-bedroom. I did have some trouble delivering my key in person ahead of time, but I received a call first thing in the morning and we worked it out to leave it in the mailbox.

The cleaners did an amazing job, even got the grime out of the tub, and dusted our ceiling fan, hallelujah! Objects we left out were very nicely grouped and tidied, which left a tear in our eyes, and the bed was even made. Thank you, Lauren G!

Our house was not easy to clean-cut it's cluttered, disorganized and had been neglected for far too long (yeah, it was dirty). Shannon and her partner were very gracious and did a great job in a challenging environment! We will be using them again, for sure!

My first experience with BHC was great. Kylee and Lauren were very helpful and efficient.They were able to schedule two cleaning jobs for the next day and called me from sites to confirm some details.The cleaning was done on time and as promised. Will definitely use this service again.

My experience with Baltimore Home Cleaning was very pleasant. I set up everything online which I love. The cleaner showed up within the time window and we left her alone to clean and when we did a walk through once she was done, we were completely blown away. I will definitely be using them for all my cleaning needs going forward.

For $200 private cleaners will organize things, clean the inside and outside of appliances, and clean 3 story houses. I got a small bathroom cleaned and a small kitchen cleaned. They didn't move anything out of the way. I had to move everything. The wouldn't take the trash out. There was not a checklist that was provided. She didn't clean the dishes. They said it wasn't in the scope of their business. The service was for 4 hours, so that was a $50.00 per hour service. They came quickly because I was free during the weeday, but all the weekend appointments were booked. There were still stains in my toilet. Granted, they are hard to get out, but still, for a professional service, it should have been taken out. It was good, but not great.

My experience with Baltimore home cleaning service was excellent. The representative I spoke with Chris was very professional in the beginning when I called about rates, and how their service worked. I requested a 30 minute call prior to coming the day of cleaning which was honored. The individuals that cleaned my apartment for move out were phenomenal, efficient, and very expedient. I’m very pleased with Baltimore Home Cleaning service and plan to use them in the future.

Did an excellent job with a move-out cleaning of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment looked spotless when they were done! And scheduling the appointment through their website was very easy. I was able to get the cleaning scheduled within a couple of days of first contacting them.

Monique and Tiara did a thorough job on our recent house cleaning. I was impressed by their attention to detail while moving quickly and efficiently through our home! I also appreciated their thoughtfulness is completing quieter tasks while I was on a work call. Highly recommend!

I had a Deep Cleaning scheduled on May 7, 2020. The cleaning crew showed up on time and began their work immediately. Bonita H. and John S. arrived and thoroughly deep cleaned our dwelling. They were friendly, courteous, professional, responsive, and most of all very thorough and diligent in their approach to cleaning. When they finished, they asked me if I would like to do a "walk through" which I did, and much to my surprise, our dwelling not only looked clean, tidy and sparkling, it smelled really good too. I was very pleased with their work, and all I can say is that Baltimore Home Cleaning Services is very fortunate to have these two hard-working individuals working for them. I look forward to our next cleaning which is scheduled for early June 2020 and I have requested them to come back.

Didn't return my call about scheduling a service

I reached out to BHC to have a standard cleaning done. They managed to fit me in and I was very excited to use them as this was my first experience. Prior to the cleaning I confirmed the checklist and action items included in the checklist for a standard cleaning. I came home excited to see their work but was very disappointed. I immediately reached out to inform them that the cleaners did not even complete the items on the checklist and that I wanted to cancel my service plan. I honored their 30 day notice and explained my grievances. They offered to have someone to come and clean but they would have had to practically redo a few bathrooms amongst other things. If it was just a few spots I would not have minded but this was unacceptable. They have not honored my request and have been unresponsive.

Update: I did get in touch with them and the individual I spoke with took accountability and handled my grievances. He explained what went wrong and that he valued customers feedback. I may be open to giving them a try in the future.

We paid over $500 for them come come "clean" and it look exactly the same. Our house was empty and still filled with dust and dirt. To their credit, they recleaned, but it still was barely touched. They refunded the $100 TIP I left and another $100, but it was truely a waste of money. Just invest in your own cleaning supplies and save your money. Ridiculously overpriced for a mediocre service and even worse customer service. This added stress to an already stressful cross country move. We just wanted a clean house to move into...

I booked on a Friday afternoon for a deep clean that Sunday. The last minute appointment was no issue for them. Helen came on time Sunday and did an Amazing job! Definitely went above and beyond cleaning our home. Worth every penny, will use again!

A fantastic and easy to use service. The team is flexible to our needs and works great with our dog. Our house is cleaner than we could ever get it and at a great cost. The cleaners are always on time and they are very friendly. They follow instructions and get the job done. Cannot recommend BHC enough.

I requested a specific day, and was initially told it was available. When the day came, they still hadn’t confirmed, despite me following their sign up protocols. I was told on the day of, they they “found a team” available.

I requested they only do 4 bedrooms, not the 5 (since the last bedroom is not used, nor is there furniture in it. They still “did it” and I had to request a refund for this room… still not processed.

Upon checking their work they i realized they missed many basic things that any cleaning company should do for a standard clean.

There were cobb webs at eye level that were clearly left from cleaning them from the ceiling in more than 2 common areas. One being above my infant swing, so I had to clean it up.

They didn’t spot clean kitchen cabinets so I had to do those myself too.

My sons diaper pail was left full and not changed out.

No replacement trash bags left in bathroom bins.

It’s worth mentioning that we just moved into this home and had it cleaned regularly. I wanted to try a “better” service since they seemed more professional. Big mistake!

It was obvious they saw how clean my home was and did a rushed job. They ended up charging me $410 for a 2hr cleaning!!!!

Don’t fall for their discount scam. They won’t do good work and you’ll end up doing touch ups on things you paid them to do.

Also their customer service is awful. They didn’t waive any fee despite me giving them ample notice that I would not be using their services anymore.

Not worth your time or money!!

We were so thrilled to come home and find our house sparkling. It is such a treat to have help, and have our whole house clean at one time instead of one room at a time. We also appreciated the email reminder and guidance on what to do to prep for our housecleaning appointment. Great communication, great staff, great value, and great experience. Thank you for your dedication and attention to detail!

Edit 21/11/23: We have now been clients of Baltimore Home Cleaning for almost 2 years and we are still very happy with their services. The cleaning teams are professional, friendly and so fast. We have regularly scheduled visits every two weeks and it really helps keep our home functioning.
We have had cleaning teams over while we were away from home and it is always a pleasure to come home to a lovely clean home, thank you again.

Jazmine was an absolute pleasure! She was amazing working with cleaning and working with and around an elder in their apartment! She is passionate and truly loves her work!! She did an amazing clean, way above normal expectations!! Will highly recommend her!
