Sadly during my cleaning they caused significant damage to my butcher block kitchen countertops, and when I reached out refused to take any responsibility for the damage they caused. It has been a very frustrating experience working with them and I will have to find another cleaning company for the future.

Kim is fantastic! I've been VERY pleased with the cleaners themselves, the quality of the work, the pricing, the responsiveness of the staff, and the attention I have received. Would definitely recommend them! The portal system could be improved a bit, but I have called or emailed and customizations were easy to do.

Helen was great. I love the cleaner she uses; it smells so amazing in my house! Everything is beautifully clean when she leaves. The service is easy to sign up for. You enter your info, how many rooms, etc., and select how often, preferred days, etc. I think the cleaner could vary from time to time based on who is available that day. We've had the same person each time so far. I liked that I could sign up online and get my cleanings scheduled.

Last minute, my family needed someone to come and clean up the downstairs area before my dad returned home from surgery. We scheduled the next day with Baltimore Home Cleaning. We were given a window of time that they may come during and they did come in the window of time provided. The staff were very pleasant, friendly, and unobtrusive. They did a great job! I will definitely use this service again when needed.

I booked the weekend before Thanksgiving to get a deep clean the day before Thanksgiving, and it was no problem! I love being able to book online, I love being able to text my questions and instructions. It was a great value, and I was very happy with the job Benita did! I maybe saw a couple things that were missed, but I was still very impressed and happy with the deep clean. I'll be recommending to a friend as well!

I've been using their service for the past year and have been really liking it. When we had to start using one of our bathrooms as a holding pen for our new cat during the cleanings, our cleaner noticed and helped me remove that room from my service request so that I wouldn't get charged for something I didn't get cleaned. I had totally forgotten, but she caught it right away for me. That honesty and customer service on top of the quality cleaning earned my loyalty.

Antonio was AMAZING! I need services right away because I had a plane to catch and had called over 43 businesses. BHC found us someone who could service our home in less than 30 minutes. He was on time, he presented himself well, and my home was left looking as if I had just purchased it. I have no problem hiring him for future services. I am honestly completely satisfied with my services today. Thanks Antonio for coming last minute!

I wish I had checked here for reviews and not trusted the reviews on the website. I scheduled a cleaning on 12/23/24 and found out I had to work so I rescheduled it to 12/24/24 and increased the tip when I did so. I did not know what to expect and confirmation emails said next to nothing. I was a little stressed when the cleaning time rolled around and no one was there. I texted the technician who had texted me about rescheduling the time of day and they said people were on their way. I was told that the 2-hr. window was for arrival and one person arrived to clean and wanted to wait for the other one. Cleaning started about 45 minutes later than I expected which was okay but odd and when they left I walked around and noticed my spice rack hadn’t been cleaned and there was a cobweb on the wall in the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms didn’t seem finished (one toilet had some of the hard water deposit removed but it looks like the cleaner didn’t feel like finishing so they stopped, and the shower corners didn’t look cleaned in one shower, and the other bathroom still smelled like cat urine from the cats that had been in there). Under the bathroom sinks and under the kitchen sink hadn’t been cleaned either. I like that the floors were mopped and my kitchen smelled fresh but I would not consider the cleaning done to be “deep cleaning” by any means. I feel like I waaayyyy overpaid for mediocre cleaning by not friendly cleaners who seemed uninterested in their work and in a rush to leave. I didn’t want to walk around and look closely at anything in case I noticed more things that hadn’t been cleaned.

The 2 cleaners told me they expected to be there for 3-3.5 hours for the scope of the job and were done in 2 hours. I don’t think my house was too dirty or messy so that may have speeded up the process, but I am disappointed that more care was not done to be more detailed. I was hoping my washer, dryer, and dishwasher would be cleaned since my oven was but unfortunately those were not appliances they were willing to clean. The “discount” applied to a first time cleaning still results in a much higher cost than the service is worth. Including tip I paid over $500 for 2 hours of cleaning from 2 people and I do feel gypped. 3 stars rather than 1 or 2 because I do appreciate cleaning on Christmas Eve and there was some improvement and at least one room smelled fresh after cleaning, but I would not recommend this company at all and I will let other people know. I don’t know how to complain because I texted a question about the timing to the number and one of the 2 people who was there for the cleaning saw my text and responded in person.

They are located right off the Patterson Park, so not sure who keeps updating their location to Hartford County. They clean my property in Fells Point, a lot!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is an absolute scam. They charged $550 for a deep clean before moving in. There was no furniture or any belongings in the home, easy right? The cleaners were there for just over an hour and a half for a 2200 square foot home. More than half of the items on the deep clean list were not attended to. There were cobwebs in corners still for crying out loud! I was mortified, my 5 year old nephew could have done a better job. I contacted the company and they were nice enough to send a "quality care technician" for a re-clean. I was out of town during this time, so was not able to be there in person to supervise. According to our outdoor security cameras, this quality care technician was at our home for approximately 25 minutes. Multiple emails with customer support later, the most the company would do was refund the $100 tip I provided and an additional $100. This clean was barely worth $200, and thats being generous. I'm out $450 and got to spend an entire day deep cleaning my home. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I like this company because they’re so easy to deal with. I booked a standard cleaning in the online dashboard, which is so convenient. I picked the services I wanted, and it gave me the price, the ability to tip, and the ability to download an invoice. You can reschedule very easily via the dashboard up to 24 hours ahead of time without penalty. The only downside I experienced was that they never called or texted to confirm, but they do send out reminder emails. And they showed up well within the allotted time.

This establishment is a scam. There is no way that they cleaned my property. They did nothing but walk in, take a deep breath and walked out. Trash left on the floor. Air vents filthy. Cobwebs on the walls. Useless, useless, useless. I got scammed. Take a lesson frome. Don't pay these clowns your money. They will snatch it and run.
