The team that cleaned my apartment did a good job. Unfortunately the office staff leaves much to be improved in the way of communication. I’ve had emails go unanswered. I’ve called and asked questions and then been told I’d receive a follow up via email to then once again receive no response. I won’t be using this company again.

I had my first appointment scheduled for 1pm today. I called the company at 145 because no one had shown up and I didn't receive a call or text. Turns out they are running behind because of the rain (?? how does that even make sense?) b/c the cleaners don't feel comfortable driving in rain and won't be able to make it. I am so disappointed and will not be using them.

I hired The Canton Cleaning Company for a move-in clean. The clean was generally well done, but some critical spots were missed. The company refunded me accordingly to compensate for the errors.

Maribel and Blanca gave us the best cleaning we have ever received, moving things out of the way to get under and paying attention to every detail. We really appreciate it, they did an amazing job! Thank you!

I booked a deep clean for our house for my husband for Father’s Day. It was LONG over due. Very impressed with the clean. I keep finding myself being surprised at certain things that are finally clean after so long! Would recommend this company!

Our house has an old tub that was stained when we moved in. We have hired other cleaning services who did good work but were never able to get the stain out, even recommending other ways to deal with it. Imagine my surprise when I hired Canton Cleaning and came home to a tub that looked brand new! Well worth it, will be back!

We absolutely loved the team that came to clean our home. They were so professional and sweet, and immediately made us feel so comfortable with having strangers in our home during this Covid19 mess as they explained the disinfectants they had with them and the protocols they have in place with their masks, gloves, etc. while in our home. I honestly would let the girls babysit my kids (they said they were to busy right now tho... I asked lol). Most importantly, the house was the cleanest it has ever been! The entire experience was so easy. We completed a more detailed survey and the estimate was customized to our house. We were able to text with them to arrange some of the details, and then paid through a link for the deposit and after the cleaning. We did decide to sign up for regular service after our first deep clean and got a great discount so we could make it work with our monthly budget. Definitely my new heroes.

The Canton Cleaning Co is fantastic! Their employees are friendly and competent. I even learned a new cleaning trick while having my house done. It was such a relief to have someone take care of the cleaning responsibilities from a local company I trust. I'd recommend them to anyone! Great work!

Canton Cleaning stole my $54.75 deposit. Do NOT do business with them! Selected the “Post renovation cleaning” of my newly renovated home: three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Prior to booking the cleaning, I asked Faviola in the office if Canton Cleaning was equipped with the tools to get rid of all the DUST caused by a renovation, and I was assured that by selecting the post renovation cleaning, they would bring the right equipment. To my surprise, the day of the cleaning, the cleaner arrived with a low grade residential vacuum cleaner, spray bottles, cloths, and a SWIFFER.
My home is an unfurnished new purchase. There was a 4 foot ladder, an extension cord, and 6 cans of paint in the living room. I advised the cleaning lady she could start where she wanted while I moved the items into the basement. She stated: “no, no no move!” She then took out her phone and took pictures of the items WHILE I moved the minimal items into the basement, she called the office at Canton Cleaning and told someone that the house was too much for her to clean. The cleaner then stated to me, “this house too much for me, too much for me.” I felt so sorry for her as she was not advised by her employer that this was a post renovation cleaning. She was not equipped to clean renovation level dust with the swiffer she was given. She immediately left my house while apologizing! I called the office and advised Faviola that the cleaner was not equipped with what she needed to complete the cleaning and she left my home. I was told by Faviola of Canton Cleaning that the 4 foot ladder and cans of paint meant my home could not be cleaned. I advised Faviola that the items had already been moved while the cleaning lady was still in my home and I asked her what they would do if my house was furnished, tell me to move the furniture out?? I then advised Faviola that I expect my deposit back as their cleaner told me the cleaning was too much for her and the couple of items in the living room was not the real issue, especially since I moved them into the basement BEFORE she left!!! But, the level of dust was the real issue! The cleaner told me clear as day: “I’m sorry, this too much for me, they no tell me about all this.” Faviola then advised that my deposit would not be returned. I insisted that Canton Cleaning do the right thing and refund my deposit as we are not doing business together! Faviola advised that a director would reach out to me and that was a lie so she could get off the phone. I called back 3 times and was told that a director would call me. I don’t understand dishonest people like this. Canton Cleaning sent a woman to my home who knew the job was too much for her, she left my home, yet they are penalizing me by refusing to return my deposit. Do NOT do business with Canton Cleaning.

I’m the owner/operator of my moving company so just when I think I’m done for the day, I have 5 phone calls, 4 emails, and several quotes to handle. As hard as it was to admit to myself, I simply don’t have the time or energy to clean when I’m finally done working.
This entire process (from the quick & easy form to payment) couldn’t have been easier. Jessica was extremely friendly from start to finish, and did a phenomenal job cleaning my neglected apartment. From dust bunnies to soap scum, I came back home to an immaculate apartment.
I was blown away that she even went so far as to put my new (still rolled up & HEAVY) 8x10 rug in place… under my really heavy furniture!!!
I couldn’t ask for better service, will be using Canton Cleaning again, and will be sending everyone their way. Thank you!!!
