We've been using Landers Cleaning Co since 2020. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and does a good job! They are always communicative on timing of visits and any unusual scheduling issues. During the height of COVID, they were very diligent about ensuring safety of their staff and customers. The scheduling & payment portal make it all really easy. On the two occasions where an item was accidentally broken during a cleaning, Eric immediately reached out personally to apologize and offer to replace it. Recently I had knee surgery and was unable to do house cleaning. Luckily I discovered Landers Cleaning. They have been a delight to work with since our initial contact for information. I would recommend them for excellent work. In addition I have been very pleased with their friendly and courteous staff. Their payment and scheduling has been so easy and efficient. Landers Cleaning provides excellent services at a reasonable price. They have all of the benefits of a small company while adding a personal touch. They are flexible, trustworthy, and responsive experts. I am pleased with the cleaning they do in my home, and comfortable knowing the same small group of individuals will visit my home each week. I have been more pleased with their service than the cleaning of individual house cleaners, or another larger cleaning service I have used previously.

Absolutely the best!!! They remind you several days in advance that they are coming to your house and an estimated time of arrival. On the day of the cleaning, you get a text narrowing down the time of arrival. The women are friendly, work hard, pay attention to details in the cleaning and leave with no drama. If you need special attention paid to an area for whatever reason, email the company in advance so they are prepared to do whatever needs to be done. I highly recommend using The Landers Cleaning Company.

I used this service for months in my home while battling catatonic major depression and anxiety. I could barely function most days and my home reflected that reality. I poured a lot of blood, sweat and tears into the development of my house, so my self-esteem was impacted negatively any time i was awake in the filth I caused.

The landers cleaning company helped me enormously by cleaning and uncovering the beauty in my home once a month. In-between my monthly cleanings, I tried to do what I could to maintain their work. More recently, I've been able to finally overcome my emotional hardships, shift to a more healthy and progressive mindset, and function as productive human being again. I requested a deep clean for a fresh start but the cleaning technician that serviced my home did not perform the quality of work I'm used to with their other cleaning technicians (even though my house wasn't nearly as filthy as it had been before. It was actually generally clean). They even blatantly neglected to do some of the things i asked them to do. I spoke with a different customer service technician than the lady I usually communicated with. The conversation felt dismissive and adversarial. Purely defensive and didn't try to make things right at all. Until I canceled my monthly subscription- that got me a discount.

The bottom line is that the quality of work was helpful until it wasn't. The relationship between myself and management was warm and comforting until it wasn't. I'm sure this one experience doesn't represent what The Landers Cleaning Company is all about but it was enough for me to cancel my recurring service. I am grateful for Landers' service in the past but I don't appreciate the way I was handled as a loyal client who hasn't had any issues before. My concerns were brushed off and I was treated as a nuisance yet I was still expected to pay the full amount for a service I wasn't satisfied with. They could have at least offered to come back and finish the work. Leveling with clients and showing compassion when concerns arise can go a long way in business. Especially when the service is as important and intimate as caring for someone's home.

Landers has been a game changer for us! We tried a few other cleaning services that were disorganized in their communication and difficult to schedule. The Landers team is responsive and reliable. Their team does a great job and has wonderful attention to detail. They also have an online portal that makes it easy to put on add on services (inside of refrigerator, oven cleaning etc). We schedule their services for when we will not be in the house as to be out of the way - and I trust them in our space and with our pets. The price is reasonable and so worth the level of service provided!

I love Landers! Professional, reliable, responsive, consistent. I have the same technician every time, so she's familiar with me and my house and I, with her. Eric and the whole leadership team communicate well and want to make sure my experience meets expectations every time. I've worked with two other companies in the past, and Landers is in a category all its own. The best! :)

I cannot recommend Landers Cleaning highly enough, they are positively a joy to work with! Their staff is professional, kind, and very quick. Their communication is excellent, they even have a super useful customer portal that lets you know who to expect and when. They are just all around lovely humans! I trust them with my home and my family no question :)

Landers is a great service!! Jen is the cleaner that usually cleans our apartment and she is a lifesaver for my partner and me. She pays great attention to detail and is a pleasure to see each week! The company is communicative and pretty flexible with scheduling, too.

We are new with the company. All of the personnel sent to our home are professional, friendly, attentive, and thorough. Landers is very reliable. There have been times where we asked to deviate from our scheduled time due to sickness or loss of power, and even though it was difficult for them, they worked us in at a different time.

I do think the cleaners have a good attention to detail. Their work in the kitchen is especially good.
