The second day of deep cleaning in the other half of my condo was perfect. (The team came for2 two days.) Again, the cleaners came on time, and immediately went to work, making my condo spotless. This was a medical necessity, since extensive work had been done in three rooms - master bath, living room, and sitting room/den area.I have asthma and had trouble breathing. Since the workers left, I could breathe normally again. I highly recommend 12-Steps Cleaning! This organization is so professional. I will use them every fall and spring.

Ron and his team do a fantastic job delivering on their services, and even the communication is top-notch. Best of all: we came home to a home that was sparkling clean from floor to ceiling, but it still smelled and felt like our house. I can’t count the amount of times we’ve had services like this done, and our house smells like cleaning agents for a couple of days afterward, and things were moved around and out of place. Not the case here! We will be utilizing this cleaning service, moving forward without a doubt.

12-Steps Cleaning did a fabulous job! Ron is super professional, contacted mw quickly after I requested to book online. Hannah did the actual job + the house has never been so clean! She is wonderful + a hard worker. Ron then came to inspect the work at the end of the service, which wasn’t really needed b/c everything was so clean! I also really liked that every thing was done on-line. Very professional + streamlined. Would absolutely recommend.

The quality of this cleaning team is above par. I have hired many different cleaning people over the years — we have a very lived-in, older home with lots of rooms and baseboards and dog fur.
