Bill, the technician arrived on time. He asked me to walk around the house and pool deck to point out any spots that needed special attention. Bill was meticulous. All the mold and moss is gone and the chimney looks like new brick. The patio is spotless. Bill went over areas that needed specail attention numerous times.
City clean was not the most expensive or the least expensive but they do excellent work and worth every penny. I highly recommend City Clean.

We have had City Clean power wash our porch, deck and house 3 times. They are great to deal with- very professional- and do a wonderful job.
They worked hard to get it done for us before a graduation party we are hosting.

Dan and his team were fantastic to work with. Dan clearly explained the process and answered all of our questions (we had many) to ensure that we understood the work they would do. The team who stained our deck and rails was very professional, moving all of our furniture and doing a very efficient job. They even fixed a board which had sprung up at one end, which we did not expect them to do but really appreciated. Will definitely call on Dan again for future pressure-washing or deck needs.

I first contacted this business after many attempts with similar business with no such luck. I just thought that maybe with everything going on that they did not need or want the work. I was really surprised that not only did they respond right away, they gave me an estimate and set up a contract. All I had to do was call them and go over the details and make a deposit. They gave me a date that worked for both of us. It was absolutely perfect and professional. He came and was very professional and did a wonderful job! My husband was beyond shocked because our stair and walkway looked horrible with grease, mold and mildew and when he finished it looked so nice!!! I will definitely use them again!!

I hired city clean about a month ago to pressure wash my siding, roof, and deck. They did a wonderful job...and despite some recent neglect on my part, my previously filthy house looks brand new! They were extremely prompt to call back and easy to reach for an estimate as well as to set up an appointment.

I have used other pressure washing companies in the past, but these guys are the best. true professionals! I will be doing business with City Clean in the future, and will be recommending them to anyone who asks!

Super job ! Highly professional. I requested an estimate and I sent pictures of my property and exactly what needed to be cleaned. Only Dan provided an estimate by looking at the pictures. He then send me an estimate quickly on their letterhead. The other folks wanted to do a walk through. I do not have the time and so I asked them to come do it themselves. Needless to say Dan's estimate was right in the middle and I went with him. If his estimate was so professionally done, I was sure he would do an equally good job and he did ! My siding, my driveway, my back porch and my deck looks like new again. The homeowner that sold me the property never cleaned the siding and it looked really dirty. Even though I was not at home, they came and cleaned the house and made it look like new. Thanks Dan !

Paid 400 for residential clean, siding/windows on a 2600 sq foot house in Maryland. They did a superb job, the siding looks perfectly clean and the windows look a lot better (would have only been improved by hand washing). Great quality, great value, and Anthony and his team were professional and punctual. I would use City Clean again!

City Clean pressure washed our house. They were extremely thorough with excellent results! Before the wash my wife was thinking of getting our gutters replaces, but they look 100% better now and we'll keep them. I would recommend City Clean to anyone without reservation!

City Clean, Inc. provided The Bowen with a new makeover within our five-level parking garage. Dan's team completed the work thoroughly and we are very pleased with the cleanliness of our garage. Resident's also noted how nice the City Clean employee's were while performing the work as we had several mobilizations and a lot of moving parts.

I've used City Clean several times over the years. Yesterday was the concrete (driveway and sidewalks) in front of the house. It has never been cleaned before. Nice and clean now, removed all the old black color that shows over time. Crew did an excellent job. They were friendly and courteous. Picked up all debris and made sure neighbors driveways were not affected by the cleaning. Highly recommend their services.

City Clean did a beautiful job. The house, the patio and front porch look brand new. Definitely not the same as what we have been able to accomplish with our little power washer. They came with serious equipment. The technicians were courteous and professional. Will definitely use them again!!!

I had a great experience with City Clean. They power washed my wood siding, some painted brick walls and brick patios. Everything looks like new!! The crew on the job were amazing a pleasure to have around and very thorough. City Clean did an excellent job on both a soft wash of my entire house as well as pressure washing, sanding, and refinishing a very large deck area spanning two sides of my house. They were very professional in their approach, from Dan to each of the team members working on the job. The spring weather gave a lot of scheduling challenges but they persevered and got the entire job done in a very reasonable time. Highly recommend them for this kind of work.

They did an excellent job. They worked with me regarding scheduling and time. The two men that came were polite and professional. My house looks really great. This was the first time I had the siding done. It's back to the bright yellow color it used to be. I'm sure I will use them again in the future.

I highly recommend City Clean if your house needs to be power washed. When I contacted City Clean for an estimate, the owner got back to me within an hour with what I think was a fair price. Once they finished power washing my house, the side of the house that had been covered with green mildew is now bright and clean. Keith of City Clean, who power washed my house, was not only thorough and professional but was very personable. He couldn’t have been nicer. I will definitely use City Clean again and will recommend them to my friends.

UPDATE: I have recently moved into a new house and it was in great need for a wash. Based on my previous experience with City Clean, there was no doubt that I was going to ask them to make my new home sparkle! Awesome attention to detail and a great price! The owner mentioned that they are thinking about doing professional holiday lighting during the winter season- I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. Will update after my house looks like the Griswold’s. :)

Great service!!! These guys washed and stained my deck and did a wonderful job! Their knowledge base and professionalism was top notch. When the service was complete, the owner followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the job- you don't get service like this too often these days!

Wow! This is the first time I used City Clean to power wash our home. I am absolutely amazed by the quality of their work. They were able to clean stains and stubborn water streaks from the house and gutters that other companies said could not be done. Tony and Marcus worked as a team and their work, attitude and cleanup was impeccable. I wish this review allowed for 6 or 7 stars. I highly recommend City Clean to the homeowner that wants their house to look as good as mine.

I was a customer of the “Tim” portion of the company when it was Aqua Marines and was always impressed by Tim’s unfailing upbeat attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to his company and customer satisfaction.

This has certainly played through with the consolidation of his company with Dan’s whose attitude and enthusiasm is the same. He will meet an appointment and keep you informed!

This year I had my deck pressure washed and re-stained (as I do every two years).

The result has been incredible.

I love the pressure wash they do because the whole deck is clean and brighter without the frayed wood finish that the previous company I used always left.

The staining "guys" were amazing. It was like watching Rembrandt work – they were THAT meticulous and professional. The deck looked absolutely brand new when they finished.

I was even cautioned to check it thoroughly after the impending rains (forecast for the following two days) stopped and if I found any problems, to let them know and they would come back and take care of them.

If that happens, I definitely will. Until then…I have a total showpiece right now.
