The 12 steps cleaning team did an incredible job cleaning my house! They cleaned spots that you don’t normally think of cleaning. The attention to detail really makes a big difference. The team is efficient and effective with their cleanings, and take time to educate their clients. Truly a great experience and I would recommend 12 steps cleaning to anyone!

I originally came across this company on Thumbtack while looking for a deep cleaning of my condo after some construction work. Ron came out within an hour to scope out the job and give a quote. They did the work two days later: four people spent almost six hours doing a great and thorough job.

Since then, I have contracted with them for biweekly cleaning. Our cleaner Ella has been here three times, and does a good job and is so pleasant. She is always prompt and is amenable to suggestions. Communication with the manager Dais is always first-rate, they value my feedback, and they make appointment handling and bill paying very easy through their app. This is my first encounter with having housekeeping done professionally, but now that I'm an old guy it's worth it, and it's been a pleasure.

We are so pleased with 12-Steps Cleaning. Ron & Kelsey did a PHENOMENAL deep clean of our house. Our house is glistening. I don't think it has ever been this clean. They got every nook and cranny - even wiping light switches, cleaning inside light fixtures, and vacuuming the walls! I cannot wait for them to come back every month for a monthly clean.

We had construction work in our condo and there was construction dust everywhere. By the time the cleaning person was finished there wasn’t a speck of dust in the apt. He was very thorough in washing bathrooms, kitchen, floors; he cleaned contents of all the shelves; got to crevices I never clean. He was extremely pleasant and accomodating. Very deep cleaning

The 12-steps cleaning team did a great job cleaning our row home. We have 2 small children so we weren't able to fully pickup before the clean but they helped tidy up along with the cleaning. Very helpful and would book with them again!

Geo has been cleaning my house for more than 25 years, and I have always loved her work. My house looks so wonderful , it shines, when she leaves.
She changes the sheets on my bed, and cleans every spot.She has never dropped or destroyed anything . She carries my house key, and I trust her to come in to my house even if I am out of town. She is completely trustworthy. She cares about me, and my house. I am so lucky to have her taking care of my home, and possessions.

Ive held business with many different cleaning services over the years but this by far is the best ive ever dealt with. They cleaned areas I didnt know existed. After they left I didnt want to touch anything. Thats how spotless it was. Will absolutely call FM again and recommend to anyone who needs a deep cleaning.

I've hired City Clean for powerwashing at my home the past two years and they've done an excellent job both times. This year it was an especially big job and William did terrific work. My deck looks brand new. Great value for the money.

We had our home power washed last week. They did an excellent job. The crew showed up on time and took extra time on several areas which didn't appear to come clean after the initial washing. They re treated those areas and the entire house now looks great! I would use City Clean in the future.
