Had an infected dying fish in their aquatic plant section. Was denied a discount on the plant and they acted like I was crazy for thinking a discount for that was reasonable. Older women were unpleasant and unhelpful I had to walk over to get her attention when she knew I had a question for her and when I said “excuse me” she got an attitude.

A great spot if you’re looking to upgrade your garden! They have a great selection of lawn care needs, plants for both indoor and outdoors and koi fish!

The prices are not bad either! They don’t have as much selection of indoor plants but the ones they do have are in great condition!

The staff are kind too! The lady who checked me out asked if I found everything I needed.

They are not affiliated with the poor boys in Dundalk, so if you’re asked about their rewards, they are two separate things.

Night time delivery starts at 7:00pm yes overnight parking yes restroom it takes some to unload it. Call the number at the gate to check in but make sure the know u r there

I tried calling today to ask a simple question about their stock in the garden section. Let's just say the person who answered was so ghetto i couldnt understand their gibberish. Tried calling to inform someone so I didn't feel the need to write a crappie review, but sat on hold so long I couldn't take it. Let's just say calling this place is useless!

I didn't visit the garden center. I was purchasing a home depot gift card. There were a host of associates on duty. I had a question which had to be channeled thru
3 associates and a manager before getting a definitive
answer. It would be great to have associates in circulation on saturdays.

Went to buy a patio set...$400. No one there. Go to Customer Service Desk.

While talking to one woman, she stops mid sentence, says, "I have to go on break" and leaves.

I go to the person next to her. She looks bored, I tell her that no one is in the home and garden. She calls someone, says wait a minute.

20 minutes late... I left went to Lowes in White Marsh... within 45 minutes, had the set loaded in my car, plus other items for a total of $268 + tax... and I felt like a valued customer

Very nice store. Gives Military and Veterans discount. Attentive and friendly staff. Nice garden shop--the perennials I bought there many years ago are still healthy and produce beautiful flowers every year. Has hot dog stand in a safe place on the parking lot.

McPhearson did a fantastic job, grading my yard, adding topsoil and fertilizer and planting grass. I now have a beautiful lawn where before I only had Rocks, clay, and weeds. They're very Professional, courteous and efficient. I would definitely hire them again.
