Frank set an appointment with me this morning, and arrived during the scheduled appointment window, after sending a text that he was on his way! After diagnostics performed on our 13 year old range hood, it was determined that parts would cost nearly what we paid for the unit 13 years ago! I had a new gas stove delivered from Lowe’s and they informed me 10 minutes before the delivery that they don’t install the new stove or uninstall the old gas stove. So I found Beyond Appliances on google and decided to give them a try. They answered the phone right away and set me up an appointment the same day. My technician showed up and was very nice and professional. He got the job done quickly, safely and professionally. I will definitely call this company again and ask for Frank. I definitely recommend Beyond Appliances for all of your appliance repair needs. My refrigerator experienced a loud humming noise so I reached out to my home warranty service. They were unable to locate a technician in my area after searching for 3 days. I reached out directly to beyond appliances late Thursday night and Frank arrived the next day within the quoted time. He was able to pick up the condenser and fix the problem same day. He also provided a warranty for service. Frank was the ultimate professional.

My oven had not worked correctly since it was installed by my builder who in fact did not install the proper orifice. Utilized their service last minute for our animal hospital. The receptionist couldn't have been nicer when I called. They sent a tech to us the next morning. Frank was assigned to our hospital.
