Anibal Fernandez was such a great repairman. He was efficient and took care to explain what needed to be done. The part had to be ordered, and came on time so my washer could be fixed. I already gave my neighbor his business card! Definitely will use Mr. Appliance again.

Unbelievably high prices. The technician was good, however, they charged $450 to replace a single belt in a dryer, which took him less than ONE hour. Don't waste your money, go with someone else.

He handled the repair quickly, and he also had great advice for making the most of my oven and watching for the same (or new) issues in the future. Communication was not good. Technition decided to not come down my driveway as it was icy, which I understand. But they neglected to call me and sent an invoice saying the work was completed.

A young man, Anibal, showed up shortly after letting me know he was on the way. He proceeded professionally and courteously. He diagnosed the problem and informed me of some corrective actions to resolve it. All and all a very professional performance and I would request this service again
